READ THIS REVIEW: I have been coming to Beautiful U for 4 years and I am 49. I have had countless procedures done with Dr. Russon and I am sharing my honest and candid experience with her. First, my most recent appointment was to get my under eyes done with filler (she has done them 3 times in 4 years and LITERALLY NO BRUISING UNDER MY EYES—NOT ONCE! I won’t go to anyone else for under eyes/tear troughs!). During my recent consultation 2 weeks ago, she determined that I should do my cheeks and temples to give more lift in my mid face instead of tear troughs. She did beautiful work and it gave the lift I needed to my face — and no tear troughs needed filling. In the same appointment, she recommended I speak with a plastic surgeon for the laxity (loose skin) on my neck, which is genetic and has bothered me for several years. She didn’t give me false hope or try to talk me into something that wasn’t useful. I always appreciate Dr. Russon’s candid advice—her honesty is refreshing while her recommendations set realistic expectations on what she can and can’t fix. *As a side note—I went to Utah Facial Plastics to meet with a plastic surgeon for a consultation on my neck last week and he said, “Your injections look TOP NOTCH! Whoever is doing your injections is doing EXCELLENT work.” That’s a HUGE compliment to Dr. Russon! * So, I can’t reiterate enough how honest and thoughtful Dr. Russon is when it comes to her recommendations, cost and value associated with everything she does. She sets realistic expectations and values taking a NATURAL approach to aging (which I LOVE!). She really goes out of her way to make things right while still running a business. I can tell she cares about me, as her client, and wants me to feel cared for and happy with her services. In summary, Dr. Russon has a wealth of knowledge about injections, hormones and homeopathy that I have valued over the years. To put it all into perspective I have had Dr. Russon do the following for me, personally, over the past 4 years and I won’t go anywhere else: Lips Tear troughs Cheeks/Temples O-shot Dyoxycholic Acid Botox Dysport Facial Lasers Neck and jaw threads Hormone consultations FINAL NOTE: Excellent injections is an ART!—Injectors are ARTISTS! I have been going to Beautiful U Medical Spa since Dr. Russon founded it many years ago. I have no affiliation with her other than as a long term client, so I wanted to write an unbiased review in hopes it will help those who are in search of a reputable Med Spa. Dr. Russon has built a successful business with a great culture, not only due to her knowledge and technical expertise in her field (which she has, in my opinion, mastered, and is one of the best in the industry) but also because she started her business with the mindset that she didn’t want beauty to be out of reach for those who could not afford the exorbitant prices that are charged by other medical spas. If you want to go to someone who you know will have your best interest at heart, will work with you to achieve your desired results by being kind but honest, has incredibly fair pricing, and will make you look and feel amazing every time you leave her office, book an appointment with Dr. Russon. ALL of the injectors and staff working at Beautiful U are professional and skilled. Dr. Russon has personally trained them throughout the years and they are held to her high standards. I’ve gone to her nurse injectors for Dysport and Lip threads and I was very satisfied with the results. Although I am sure they are more than qualified for all offered treatments; for my filler, facial threads, and other more advanced treatments, I personally prefer seeing Dr. Russon. I have had exceptional experiences with every visit to Beautiful U Medical Spa. It started on the right foot when I took advantage of the complimentary consultation to discuss my goals. Hailey and Sam took the time to go over the goals I had and how best to meet those goals. I had preconceived ideas of what procedures would meet my needs. However, during my consulting I learned about other procedures and a logical way to go about meeting my needs. I left with a very clear plan and an upcoming appointment. During the consultation Dr Russon had time to give me dysport and deoxycholic acid injections. It is a rarity that she's available without an appointment but I took advantage of a cancelation, lucky me! I'm so glad they offer consultations! Everyone should take advantage of that service. My appointments have been with Hailey for Opus treatments. I love Hailey! She's exceptionally skilled and knows what she's doing. I've three rounds of Opus with additional spot treatments and love the results! I have also been treated by Dr Russon and Kat for Restalyn, Dysport, Kybella, Radiesse and facial threads. Each procedure has built on the others for achieving my overall goals for a youthful and natural appearance. Every single person is friendly and knowledgeable.
