This use to be our favourite Thai restaurants in town. It’s sad to see this restaurant decline drastically in taste, vibe, and customer service. We went back multiple times even after being disappointed to give them benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately this was our last time there. Every popular restaurants in town on Friday evenings have at least an hour of wait. Here, there were two tables dinning in at 7pm on Friday night when we walked in. While we were dinning, there were two other tables that walked out within few minutes of being there. Anyways, we ordered Satay Chicken (absolutely disgusting - looks like fried chicken), Fried Rice with Tofu (tasteless), Drunken Noodles (okay), and Tom Yum Soup that had decent taste, everything else was disappointing (see the pictures). Our server (young kid) was careless about his job. He had no knowledge about different types of noddles. Him and other employee working were overheard talking about dirty plates left from customers. Gal who seems to be a part of the management/ownership seems to be taking on all the responsibilities of kitchen and service. Thank you for taking care of us during our visit. Wish you all the best.

Not recommended. Here’s why: 1.) The Google prices are old and NOT the actual prices. I did not know that until I got in store to pick up my food (I had called the order in). The order amounted to almost $10 more than what the prices on Google showed. 2.) They messed up my order and were not apologetic nor desiring to make it right. I ordered fried vegetable egg rolls and they gave me spring rolls. That’s okay, things happen, just make the order right when I go back in and ask for what I ordered. But no, the lady told me I was in the wrong and that I didn’t order fried rolls. When she realized that she was wrong, then she was asking me to pay extra! What? I already paid for them—they just simply needed to give me what I ordered and paid for. 3.) The containers were in rough shape. Putting steaming hot food in styrofoam is not usually a good idea and I was reminded why when the container was bulging and eventually broke with food spilling on the ground. 4.) To top it off, the pad Thai was not even that good 😅. I have no idea how their ratings are as high as they are, because I had a horrible experience.

First and last time there. Oh...how I miss good Thai food and the good service in Southern California. Ordered 3 curries: Red with Chicken, Green with Tofu, Pumpkin with extra pumpkin instead of meat. All were runny. Green had chicken and NOT tofu. Pumpkin had ONE TINY PIECE of pumpkin after requesting EXTRA. Pumpkin also had mushrooms in it(not listed on the menu and super weird to be in pumpkin curry-yucky!) Spring rolls were bland -mostly lettuce for "veggie spring rolls) What a rip off. I called them and told them about the tofu/chicken mix up. They asked if I wanted to come back. Heck no. I was tired and don't live close. I had to ask for a refund on the 1 curry and it took them 10 min discussing to agree to that. (Eye roll) *Photos of very unimpressive expensive meal included. Southern California has better Thai hole in the wall restaurants with amazing veggie/tofu spring rolls that were little works of art. And curries with rich sauces and mock meats for the vegetarians. Do I give up on Utah Thai food??? So far...sadly...yes.

Now had a second bad experience so I'm sharing why not to go here. First time we showed up and no one was dining in so we had the place to ourselves. Which was nice because we were there for a birthday and had a 9 group party. It was not too large but larger than the designated 4 seat tables. They struggled with how to seat us, originally wanting us to sit in different sections. Also for context this was on a week day and (no exaggeration) there was no one else in the place. Not a single other customer. So we figured why not push a couple tables together so we can sit together. They finally agreed to do that then as my husband tried helping move a table she got angry and told him not to touch them. We stopped and watched as she struggled to push tables together and ended up in an awkward position where no one could get out on one end. They also treated us terribly after this as if we were difficult customers while we continued being nice and never got frustrated or upset with them.

Second try, my brother ordered take out from them not knowing this previous experience. Take out experience was worse! After picking up the food we sat down to eat and found the orange chicken was inedible. It was rock hard to the point of not being able to break it apart, even with a knife. There was no way to eat it. So we called them and explained the situation and the woman who answered argued and said she'd fix it but didn't offer any options on how. We asked if they could deliver a replacement or if we'd have to come back in. She stopped answering us then hung up on us. We called back and explained she just hung up on us and she said she'd fix it. We asked to just refund it rather than having to come back. She said no, she'll make new one for us and to come in. So we agreed to just come in even though we only wanted a refund. We brought the inedible chicken in to show them and good thing we did because once we showed up she was angry and demanded to see the chicken we were referring to. Wow. So we showed it to her and she argued saying this is how it always is. And just kept saying THIS IS HOW IT ALWAYS IS! and we explained we have ordered it before and thats not how it was, we were not able to eat it. We were confused why she asked us to come back in to fix it then when we came back in she wasn't going to fix it. Just argue with us. Mind you this is over an order of maybe 8 small pieces of chicken. And she is arguing over whether it is edible or not. She just kept saying, "This is how it always is!" I've never experienced something like this. We aren't trying to cause trouble we just wanted to eat our dinner. She asked us to come back and now is arguing with us about it. When we finally got angry and said how she told us to come back, she just walked away and said "ok". Only to return 10 minutes later with the replacement and say, "Here, its the same!" We looked at it, which was definitely better. It even looked better. The only thing we can figure was that first batch was previously made and rather than make a new order, they just refried it. It was completely inedible. We will never be returning and warn those that have any issue- they're not willing to help customers or make...

I do like the food and I think the take out service is decent. I have never had an issue with that. However, I have dined in at this restaurant on three separate occasions and have had major issues each time. I dined in last week with a party of 6. The restaurant was at half capacity or left, so I expected to have decent service. The service was beyond slow. We had to ask for drinks 3 times. When our food arrived, every single order was messed up, plus they forgot my order. When we told the waitress the food was wrong, she went and grabbed the cook who came out and told us we were wrong and this is what we had ordered. Seriously? I think we would know what we ordered. 20 minutes later when the correct orders were brought out, they forgot my food....again. I had to track down the waitress who had to track down the chef who told me I didn't order anything. Again, seriously? I had placed my order twice. Well the rest of my table was finished eating and my food still hadn't come out yet. Irritated and out of patience, we decided to leave. As we were paying, they had the audacity to charge me for the food I never received! We had to argue with a couple of people to get the charge removed because I never received the food after they kept telling me they brought it...
