I ordered Mother’s Day flowers on Tuesday and received a confirmation email for delivery on Saturday. I called the shop to confirm the delivery and to see a picture of the bouquet in which I was told that the order was never successfully pleased because they had a power outage and their website was down, even though I kept telling them that I received an email confirmation and payment went through. I then tried to pivot and be like is there anyway that you could Fulfill the order since Mother’s Day is the next day and she refused to accommodate regardless of the issue with her POS system, and the power outage. She kept telling me that the address was too far for her to drive even though when I Google mapped it, it was only showing a 25 minute drive and she then said Google maps is lying because the city is really an hour away even though I was doing address to address and it was still showing me, it was about a 25 minute drive up to my mother-in-law‘s house. The person I spoke to was rude and combative, and kept telling me that, regardless of the email confirmation that the order was never received because of a power outage and to me, then they should not have been taking orders if their website was down and the fact that she was unable to find my order is absolutely ridiculous Should I have not called to ask for a picture, I never would’ve known that this order was never technically placed, and I still would have been waiting for an order delivery for today. Read moreJust plain awful... Won't ever use them again!! I've never seen such a operation before in my life! Asked for afternoon delivery, and the flowers showed up at 7:30pm... Last time I checked, that's way past afternoon! Messed up plans for the whole evening ontop of it! Got nothing but excuses after excuses when spoke with the owner twice throughout the day to check on delivery. And to top it off, some poor, old man was delivering flowers out of the inside of his pickup truck, in the dark.... who does that! How about a delivery van with your company logo on it to get the workload you took on for the holiday delivered on time!!! I've never seen a flower shop operate like that before in my life... will never use that place again, that's for sure! Oh, to make things even better... I still never got a call back from the owner like she promised after the second time I called, fed up about my order. I could have picked up my own arrangement and taken them home faster after getting out of work. Why pay someone to deliver your flowers after the whole day has gone...

I had to actually call them for them to figure out what they did wrong. It took 3 calls.They had the online order number attributed to someone else's order. And the details were wrong. Ok, a forgivable mess up. However we ordered flowers for a funeral through the Legacy site this past week, to be delivered to the CHURCH. And the order card even SAID to deliver it the CHURCH. Well. They were delivered to the funeral home. And blamed it in the funeral home. The service was NOT at the funeral home - hence why on the ship-to address it listed the CHURCH. It wasnt the funeral home's responsibility to take them to the church. We were not the only ones. I was extremely disheartened. Sadly, organization is a key component to a successful business.
