If I could give this place a zero I would!!!! I believe all the negative reviews on here after my own experience.
We arrived at 12:50 and my 6 yr old needed to use the bathroom. A worker came out, this is when we should have left. My 6 yr old was terrified of this absolutely disgusting bathroom. There was black mold or whatever it was, crawling up the walls the dim flickering lights made it hard to tell, the floor looked like it was going to cave in where this drain was in the middle, BUT BEST PART REMEMBER WHEN I MENTIONED THE WORKER CAME OUT BEFORE US THERE IS NO WAY SHE WASHED HER HANDS! I know this because the soap dispenser did not work at all! I had to physically remove the front of the soap dispenser to be able to access the soap so we could wash our hands and had to prime the heck out of it to get it to work. There was nothing in the garbage when we threw away the paper towel that would convince me she had just changed it. So let’s get that out of the way.
Next we ordered our food. Close to 50 dollars there was three of us. As I’m ordering I’m watching the girl at the grill touch the rolls with no gloves, cheese no gloves and god knows what else. I said to my fiancé I think we should leave. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking this would change and maybe she forgot? We entered to the seat ourselves area where it was absolute filth couldn’t even tell you when the tables were last cleaned. The age group in there at the time was mostly 70+ in another part of the dining area.
Moving to now 1:30 we still have none of our food. I go out to see if anything is ready yet and watch the same girl who wore no gloves before cash a gentleman out for a pie on the TOUCH SCREEN, touch his money and all the money in the drawer to give him change and turn around AND GUESS WHAT PUTS HER HAND IN THE BAG OF ROLLS, GRABS THE CHESSE STILL NO GLOVES TOUCHES ALL OF IT AND PUTS IT ON OUR FOOD!!!! THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME.
I asked her if she had planned on putting any gloves on she said nothing. I told her I was in no way eating that food and I wanted a refund better yet a manager. The manager came out and she was very nice and offered us a refund. I explained to her what was going on and then boom magically all the girls decided to put on gloves. There was one girl with black hair that I did notice wearing gloves so kudos to her. The manager said she would take care of it. She seemed pretty pissed so I’m thinking she did I hope.
Seeing a lot of elderly people eat here I’m completely blown away because these people are more vulnerable to get sick esp with no steps being taken to properly handle food. How this place stays open is beyond me and how this place passes food inspections I have no idea!!!! As much as I would hate to see another place close down some people need to know when it’s time to close the doors. I HOPE THEY CHANGE THERE WAYS.BUT I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY PLACE AGAIN YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE SO MANY PEOPLE SICK WITH YOUR UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES! PLEASE MAKE THEM TAKE A FOOD HANDLING SAFETY CLASS AND IF THEY HAVEN’T MAYBE IT SHOULD BE SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT AS PART OF HIRING NEW...
Read moreWas at Lehighton Ford for a quick, minor repair and decided to walk across the street for a breakfast sandwich. Called ahead and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll with ketchup and pepper. I walked over to pick up the order and immediately upon stepping inside the vestibule, it stunk like stale urine. Being in Healthcare, I'm unfortunately all too familiar with the stench, so it was easily recognized. Just the vestibule, though. When I walked in further and stood by the cash register, I didn't smell it. But here's the real kick in the face. THE TOTAL WAS $9.01! FOR ONE BREAKFAST SANDWICH!! I questioned the lady if that was correct, for one breakfast sandwich and she confirmed it. I told her that was ridiculous and she agreed with me, but made no attempt to do anything about it. Now, I get inflation is crazy since Covid, but $9 for a S/E/C sandwich is ABSOLUTELY INSANE! I told the lady at the register that had I known the price ahead of time, I would've told them to forget it. I also told her I would never be back. I should've left the sandwich and just walked out. I should also mention, I paid cash. So no credit card fees were tacked on at all. I ate the sandwich and it was just ok. Not worth its price. They were too lazy to toast the roll, so it was quite soft and the sausage patty wasn't much larger than the size of a half dollar. The best part was the egg, which coincidentally was likely the cheapest ingredient. It's totally disgusting that they charged that price. They should be ashamed of themselves for gouging their customers that way. I'll also add that this post was written immediately upon me finishing said sandwich. So disappointing and so...

I was just at the Boulevard for Lunch today. It's been 2 years since my last visit and let me say this will be my last visit. On our way to the back dining room all I could think about was how the cafeteria style dining room smelled like a pink cake you find in the men's room. The back dining room was like a freezer.
The food: I ordered a fish and fries basket. When it arrived, I questioned what it was. It looked like breaded cauliflower. No, it was definitely 7 little pieces of haddock or some type of fish. It looked like the bottom of the bag or box and like it had been in the freezer at least 10 years. The breading had no color hence why I thought it was cauliflower. The fries were frozen shoestring fries probably from the grocery store. They were under-cooked and cold. They probably got cold on the way out to my table because it was like an ice box in there.
The bathroom was dingy and as cold as the outside. The waitress was nice; I think that was the only positive part of this experience. I don't know how they are so busy because the food is terrible. My last meal here left a lot to be desired as well. And now I have the runs from the freezer burned fish. Why can't I...
