I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Lehighton and had a mixed experience. While the service was genuinely kind and attentive, it was noticeably slow — understandably so, as the restaurant was about 80% full and there was only one employee, Katelyn, managing the entire front of house. She was juggling multiple roles: waitress, cashier, phone receptionist, and even table cleaner. Her professionalism and sweet demeanor truly stood out — Katelyn, you earned a full 5 stars for your hard work and attitude. You are a gem and honestly deserve to be part of a more supportive team.

The food, particularly the pizza, was fresh and tasty, but be prepared for a longer wait if the restaurant is busy. Cleanliness could also use improvement, especially for a dining establishment — though it’s unreasonable to expect the same person handling four different roles to manage that alone.

I’d highly recommend management invest in better staff training and team coordination. A more balanced workload and effective teamwork would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience. And please add speakers and play music so the waiting can be more pleasant.. Soo.... I used Pizza Hut's website to order a pizza box with boneless barbecue wings. Pay for my order online and immediately received a delivery confirmation which stated my order would arrive in about 30 minutes. After a few minutes passed I get an update that Pizza Hut had started working on my order, which was great! 15 minutes later, I get another text stating that my order would be delivered through a 3rd party, which was DoorDash. Well alrighty then, as long as my order gets to me NO PROBLEM. Spoiler alert...my order never arrived almost 2 hours later! I gave an extra 15 minutes from when my order was "supposed" to be delivered before calling the store. When I called they said, "You order is on the way now and should be arriving shortly". Not sure if shortly means something different to each person, but shortly to me means that you should prepare to finally receive your order. NOPE. 1 hour and a half later and another phone call to the store, NOTHING. Don't you just love trying to console hungry kids who are more than ready to eat? I was utterly appalled by the situation and would not recommend visitors to the area to order from this location. Don't waste your time...

It was maybe 2ish, so maybe we just missed the lunch crowd, but it was obvious they needed more help. 4 tables had leftover dishes and the rest of the tables had not been wiped. We sat at a crumb filled table and waited for the waiter. He proceeded to clean all the dishes off the vacant tables before he came to us. I asked for a cleaning cloth and offered to clean our table. He dropped off menus then dissapearred. The cleaning cloth never materialized, so I used paper towels and water from the bathroom to clean our table. 10 minutes later(there were only 2 other families at the time) He took our order. Pizza , wings and drinks. Took quite awhile but we weren't really in a hurry son we chilled. Finally the pizza and drinks came. I figured they just forgot th e wings. We were done with our pizza and were getting ready to leave and ask for the check.Finally went up to the counter to get the check since it seemed he forgot about us. Out came the wings!
