Plenty of choices if you want a large neutral color couch. Two floors filled with furniture. It's a large space - furniture from other Great parking and easy access. I've been there about five times. The place is so large it seems like we were the only people in the store. The salespeople are not commission sales, so there is no pressure to buy but the energy is very transactional. I recommend that you visit a few times, walk around, sit on the furniture and collect info on the furniture that interest you. Look under the couch/chair and you'll find manufacturing info like the sku number and write down/take pics of all the info attached to the couch/chair and ask the sales people to give you info on the item you are interested in AND walk away. Go home and do research on the furniture. It will probably still be there. But don't wait to long. Check the MSRP and the date the furniture was made, check on where it was made. Do your research before you buy. You will not get this info from the store sales people. What is the quality/value level for the price. How was it made? How much of difference is the MSRP and the store price? Check other stores and see if they offer that same piece of furniture. My guess is that most of the furniture are floor samples or furniture that did not sell or last years model. You can ask for a discount but they will not give it to you. So do your home work and comparison shop if you can so you can get a good feeling if you are getting a good deal. Local delivery is $125. Most likely the sale person will not give you a delivery date.( I suggest you work with Patrick) Negotiate a delivery time before you give them your card. Be pleasant but also be willing to walk away. I had issues with delivery time but the delivery people were awesome. I highly recommend that you inspect your furniture while the delivery people are there and take pictures of your furniture. Ask the sale person if the piece of furniture that you looked at and want to buy is the piece of furniture they will deliver, if it is inspect it thoroughly at the store and when it is delivered. Again, I'm guessing the furniture they sell has been in a show room. I may be wrong, but pretend you're buying a used car. Check under the hood. Lastly, The pandemic has put everyone out of wack. And they are a new company. All the touch points (sales and service) need fine tuning, the 5 moments of truth where not up to my complete satisfaction...I had to work so hard to get to the final resolution...it shouldn't have to be this hard to buy a couch. It is critical to do your own due diligence, do not depend on the sales people to do it for you. Check every step of the way. The most important consumer question: How likely am I to recommend this company to a stranger, friend or a family member? It was not a 100% positive experience for me, but I would recommend with the above caveat. Buyer beware. There are no returns, so make sure you are...
Read moreI would not recommend buying furniture from this business. We bought our couch a little over a year ago and purchased the gold guardsman protection plan. We were told that this plan covered ANY minor problems with the couch and that they would be fixed as many times as needed, and the full couch would be replaced one time. Fast forward to a little over a year from buying the couch, and the couch looks like we’ve had it for 10 years. The cushions are pilled, there’s multiple tears in the seams of the cushions just from sitting on them, and the cushion cores are smushed and flat. We decided to call to get these things fixed and was told that these things aren’t covered after the 1 year mark. We were never told this before. We were also told that we should’ve got an into packet mailed to us that had all of the guardsmen’s plan details, which we never received. When I brought up the fact that we were told all of the things I listed in the top of this review, I was met with “I was not at the point of sale so I’m not sure, I’m sorry”. Long story short - I would not recommend buying furniture from here because even with regular, minimal use by 2 adults, it does not last. And don’t bother buying the protection plan. For an extra couple hundred bucks,...
Read moreWe bought bedroom furniture from this location & was assured that it could have their first delivery of the day. It is now 12 noon & no delivery plus they are still in Their second delivery in Myrtle Beach, SC which is 1 hour from us. We requested first delivery of the day because I am currently being treated but radiation in Wilmington, NC for spine & lung cancer. We were assured that getting their first delivery & yet here we are at noon, & the driver is still over an hour away. We told them that we needed to leave by 1:00 PM to get to my 2:15 appointment secondary to work being done on one of the 2 bridges getting into Wilmington. I have cancelled the delivery & will cancel the entire sale after my treatment. It’s a shame that this company chooses to overpromise & under deliver because we really liked this furniture, I fully intend to get the furniture from someone else & will let anyone who may have a need outside the normal delivery from your company that it appears that telling the customer anything that ask for is CRAP! Rest assured I this will be the first (almost) & last time I ever set foot in any of your stores & let people know you don’t deliver what...
