223 Main was the perfect venue for our wedding! The owners, Lauren and Hector, are great. They are incredibly responsive and helpful. The space is great on its own or a blank canvas for as much decorating as you see fit, the outdoor space is a great amenity, and the parking in downtown Lemont was convenient for everyone. The outdoor space was very pretty, and we were able to take all of our photos there right before the ceremony. There are a variety of items users can rent including up lighting, a popcorn machine, etc. Plus, downtown Lemont has a lot of excellent restaurants for catering. Our goal was to have an affordable, beautiful, and fun wedding. 223 Main helped us do all of that. We loved being able to decorate the space how we wanted, purchase our own food and beverage, but rent or pay for some of the bigger items that would have been hard to find on our own (e.g. DJ stereo setup, bartenders and servers). Planning a baby shower at 223 Main was such a breeze! Lauren, the owner, was incredibly helpful every step of the way, and her recommendations were absolutely spot-on. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to host a flawless gathering for 30 people, and the compliments from our guests just kept rolling in!
The space itself is stunning, with gorgeous natural light in the afternoon that made for beautiful photos and created a lovely ambiance. One standout feature was the Pepsi beverage dispenser—it saved us the hassle of hauling in drinks and coolers.
We also took advantage of 223 Main's charming tea cups and saucers, which added such a thoughtful, unique touch to our table settings. There are two bathrooms, which kept everything running smoothly and ensured accessibility for all our guests.

We held our daughter’s third birthday here and to say it was a great choice is an understatement. Lauren is amazing. She was responsive and always willing to clarify any of my questions. The combo of indoor and outdoor space was great for our event. We were able to have piñatas, a bounce house, and face painting which is rare to be able to have at a venue. All the adults mingled and had a great time indoors and outdoors while the kids had a blast. The amount of complements about the space and people asking where we found the venue was unreal.
When we arrived, the space was clean and the tables were already organized just as the floor plan showed. High tops both indoors and outdoors were all set to go. Our bartender, Jessica, was also amazing. She was on top of everything and helped us tremendously with keeping the space tidy and our guests happy.
