Aster Gardens — Local services in Lemont Township

🌸🌿 Happy Spring everyone ! My daughter and I recently traveled to Lemont and checked out Aster Gardens. It was the first thing we wanted to check out in the town and we were not disappointed! The lovely owner has done such a lovely job on her store ~ it makes you just want to be creative and work on your garden and just let go of all the stress that’s going around right now in our world. When I asked her for some wildflower seeds to make some “flower bombs”, She said I’ve got just the thing for you and she packaged me up some wildflower seeds in a little envelope . iI wasn’t until we got home that we realized, she didn’t even charge us for the seeds. who does that anymore ? We bought a lot of her Organic seeds and planted them inside, putting them outside on the warm sunny days were having and they all sprouted immediately. I wanted to suggest that if you haven’t been to Aster Gardens, you should put it on your list because you be delighted the moment you walk in ! Aster Gardens is the place to go to if you: -want to buy an amazing plant (or plant-adjacent) gift for someone that doesn't look like you bought at a big box store -want to make your indoor or outdoor space groovy and easily sustainable for your particular environment -have questions/problems about your plant friends -want to spoil yourself with some great decor/homegoods/vintage odds and ends -want to take a really great class, learn something new, and take something awesome home

This is the best little plant shop near me! Located in lovely historic downtown Lemont, Aster Gardens has an amazing selection of interesting plants and plant accoutrement like fun pots & planters as well as cool vintage finds, crystals, soaps, candles, incense and so much more! Amanda and her staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and just plain fun. There is always something new to see, an fabulous playlist to bop around the store to and an ambiance that can't be beat.
