I have been to the store many times, but I am very disappointed with my experience after today. My mother I were shopping today and my mom accidentally broke a jar of product. She immediately apologized and let the cashier know. We continued to shop the store and no one said anything to us. When we came to check out, a different man at the cashier rudely called out my mother for dropping the jar. She apologized again and the cashier continued to lecture her about being more careful with items. She calmly explained to him she has carpel tunnel which affects her grip and stated again it was an accident and apologized, she also offered to pay for the item. The cashier then says "let me go ask my manger"??? So he leaves us to go ask the manager if can charge us $5 for the product....He returns and says his manger said it was "ok" to charge us??? I was very disappointed at the way he spoke to my mother and made it seem like we were delinquents. I don't feel like a $5 item should be made into such an ordeal for a customer if you want them to return to your business. I will likely not be shopping...

Pack halal is the place to go for fresh meat and poultry among other things. I like this place and its friendly employees, but I was disappointed last time on 08/16/2018 when I stopped to buy Lamb. As I approached the meat section, I asked the employee for a fresh leg of Lamb cut to my specification. Since I had other shopping to do, I told him I will be back later for my order. When I went back after I was done with my shopping, I was surprised to see an oversized plastic bag(I wish if I opened it to check the contents) in which I asked the question as to why it's heavier than usual 8.49lb. I really didn't want to embarrasse my self and the employee in front other customers so left. After I arrived home, I was surprised to find out not only I got a leg cut to my specifications but also parts of ribs and other indistinguishable pieces of meat and fat!!! I think, honesty is the key to successful business, but in my case the employee was not honest with me. I'm really disappointed. I did call the store, I only received...

My review only for the meat department. Meat department's representative is the most rude person I ever seen. I went to store 2 days prior and ask for a specific item. He told me to call them on the certain day and they will have it ready when I arrive to the store. He gives me his store card and asks me to call. I call at that specific date and person on the call takes my order and tell me it will be ready when I arrive. I went to the store after work and asked to get my order, person that is charge for the department is being rude (same person that talked to me 2 days ago) and tells me they dont take orders over the phone and tells me they dont have anything for me to pick up eventhough he went to the fridge and looks at the items and comes back and tells me that they dont take orders over the phone. Well, this store lost my business, I would rather to drive 30 mins to go somewhere than go...
