It’s amazing how one coworker can ruin it for the others. I made three trips to this store. The first gentleman Andy-i think was his name was incredibly kind over the phone and when i came in. Unfortunately, no one else was. Upon my first visit, the guys at the front were so busy joking around that Im unsure they hadnt notice i was even in the store. It was almost half an hour before a young gentleman walked- in from the back and offered assistance. I ended up purchasing a pair of jeans and one or two other items. The jeans turned out horrible. Preventing me from safely riding or having mobility on my bike. I had worn them for approximately three hours before calling about an exchange or refund. (There was shoes i had planned on returning to buy anyhow.) When i called, the gentleman on the phone said he was unsure what the policy was and to call and speak with someone in the afternoon. When i called back, the man on the phone- i think his name was Dan, was incredibly rude and frustrating. He kept bouncing back and forth stating he could exchange or refund them but Id have to come in that day. So i did. I drove 45 minutes to rush to him only for him to change his mind when i got to the store. When i asked him why he would ask me to come in if he didnt know and he pawned me off- no answer or even an excuse to some younger kid who eventually gave me an exchange and partial refund. I was baffled the older man couldn’t stand by his word or even finish the conversation like an adult. He definitely used weaponized incompetence frequently. He was of substantial age but behaved like a ridiculous child. He huffed and puffed, inspected the pants- which is fine, I had told them i even wore underleggings with them, so they never touched my actual body but then he sniffed them weirdly. I was absolutely put off! -and highly dont recommend this store if you want any kind of service. The guys here spend more time on their phones than to be bothered with actually doing their work. And when you do ask- they know nothing. I would rather stitch my own gear out of barb wire before stepping foot in this business again. So about a month before my girlfriends birthday i took her to the store I was trying to get her to try some gear on so I would know her sizes. Could not make that happen without reveling my plan. Jaidon helped me try on some helmets and we talked for a while. Finally my girlfriend was looking at the gloves I told Jaidon my plan he subtlety made an order for me without her knowing 2 items. We leave things are good. The next day I come in Jaidon is working I had talked to my girlfriend about sizes she sent me some photos and the sizes she had tried on. We crossrefrenced the products and decided to stick with my original sizes. He then personally called me both times when the items arrived in store. Reassuring me if we had any issues we would sort it out. Finally the day came I picked up the items Jaidon was there he not only remembered me he asked if I was ready for pickup he knew what I ordered and where it was. I also asked if they had a box he got one for me. My girlfriend loved what we ordered for her but one of the items was too big with 10min left before they close I called the store Jaidon was there I told him what was going on and i'm on my way if they could make it happen. He said we can do it he had the return sorted and the new size ready to buy by the time I got to the store. It was smooth and easy every time working with him. I feel as though I have made a friend. Read moreI'm really disappointed in the customer service l experienced during my visit on July 1st around 6:15 pm. We went to the store to buy a helmet, and Jaiden was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our time there. He barely spoke to us, acted passive-aggressive, and was dismissive not only to me and my husband but even to our 3-year-old daughter. At one point, our daughter went behind the counter because there was open access and she innocently thought it was part of the store. As soon as we noticed, we immediately redirected her to come out from behind the counter. If you review your cameras, you'll see she was only there for about 15-20 seconds, yet Jaiden still reacted rudely and made us feel very uncomfortable. He even made a fuss about my daughter's tablet quietly being on the counter-when my husband asked the other customers in the store if they could hear it, they said no, but Jaiden continued to be unpleasant. It's disappointing to spend money in a store and be treated this way. On a positive note, Lane was truly amazing. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything about the helmets and make sure we had exactly what we needed. If not for Lane's excellent service, the visit would have been a total loss. It's unfortunate when one person's attitude overshadows what could have been an overall excellent experience.
