Customer service was so appalling at Wyman's Liquors in Leominster center, Ma during the Johnny Applebee's festival! I came in to bring a minor issue/inconvenience to the shiftleader's attention thinking he was going to let his general manager know and that the general manager would bring it to whomever is in charge of him (because that's how it goes). I was straight forward and matter-of-fact but was NEVER rude or disrespectful. The shift manager could not tell the difference and turned what was supposed to be an innocuous 2 minute conversation into an unnecessary scene inside the store for ALL of the other customers to see. Instead of saying "Thank you for letting me know, I'll let my boss know" and leaving it at that, his behavior was so grossly unprofessional with his snide, condescending and patronizing remarks! The sales associate next to him involved himself and behaved the same way. When the general manager walked up, he turned a bad situation worse with the same behavior. Read moreJust left. I've never heard a persok be more vocal about how unhappy they are with their job in my entire life. She was turbed the lights off while I was in the back wine room so I couldn't see anything. She kept stating how much she hated her job and how much she wanted to go home. I needed help finding a certain kind of wine but when I walked towards her she was on her phone either with her boyfriend or posting to social media talking about how she can barely make it through the day at her job without whoever was on the phone. What a completely horrible experience. I didn't get helped and ended up leaving without the specific item I came in for. This place used to hire great people. I don't know...
