This dog park is very spacious. I would recommend assessing the situation before entering with your dog. Sometimes small dogs are in the large dog section and vice versa. Some owners seem to think that since their small dog(s) exist with large dogs in their homes that somehow that translate to "my small dog will be okay around your large dog." This does not take into account that another person's large dog may not be okay with small dogs (prey drive, etc.). These types of owners are potentially setting everyone up for failure. Also, I've seen one person bring 7 dogs to the park at one time -- all off leash outside of the dog park before entering. How could this person handle 7 dogs in the event of an emergency or dog-on-dog conflict?
More often than not, I just prefer to walk my dog on a long line near the Legacy Trail and around the fields. It's safer and more...

It has two separate areas for large dogs and small dogs which is great for those who want to keep them separate due to size. They are very they are both several acres for you and your dog to have plenty of room to play and just run free and have fun! Very accommodating for both you and your fur babies with water fountains for you and your dog. We have never had a problem with unfriendly dogs or their humans :). They also supply a pet cleaning station to help maintain the cleanliness of the park. They also supply port-o-potties for the dog Park as well as public restrooms on the trail. The trails are also a great place to walk your furry companion and it's very scenic with all the nature reserves that align the trail. Just a great place to spend the day with your furry...

Although it's nuzzled back in a difficult to reach area, due to that the traffic at all times at the park is generally light, and it also has a parking lot that makes dropping by and getting out from a walk, quick and frustrating-free. It's a great place to relax and even kill some time if Newtown Pike is very busy! 4/5 โ's! Only 4 โ's simply due to the lack of attractions besides the natural stream and walking trails! Gorgeous park, and another gem...
