Wow. If I lived here this would be a weekly visit. So much to offer. Only set back. The children's playground is nice the reason we came but almost turned around too soon. but must drive all the way back long lane. Not near the other sports and secluded. I arrived with my 2 grandsons, no one else there except three teens at the pavilion who had JusT arrived too. Im 60 ,white hair 2 young boys. They put their music up very loud was cussing a storm. We almost left, but we had driven out of our way to find this park on our trip. Another car came and Another teen got out. FewA few minutes later they all left after their exchange. So glad we stayed. It Peaceful beautiful. And boys loved the playground. Very well done. With bathrooms right there. But will admit inside I was a little scared just didn'twant boys to be. . If it wasn't so secluded for little ones and mom's. . There were lots of people at the courts but you got to...

Very nice playground! My 2 and 3 year olds loved it and half of the playground is for littles like age 2-5 and the other half is for 5-12 I think it said so it's split evenly for big kids and little kids wich is really nice! It has like 4 or 5 different kinds of baby swings & toddler swings and swings were parents can swing with the baby that's really cool. It's not as big as Jacobson park but it has very unique features that other parks don't have and all of the equipment looks REALLY NEW so you don't have to worry as much about faulty equipment and things falling apart while trying to play on it. I'ts even a 35 minute drive from where I live but it's nice enough that i Will go back again with the kiddos forsure since they enjoyed it so much and it's so...

Needs security. I have loved walking this park for many years. The park itself has many features from all varieties of ball courts and fields to swimming, tennis, disc golf, kids playground, many shelters with outdoor grilling, etc. My favorite is the walking trail. It is well maintain and expansive, however, you should beware when going alone and in the evenings. My car was broken into and I was robbed in the early evening with still plenty of daylight and with many people nearby. Someone had to be watching as I locked my belongings into my trunk for safety. I was parked at the entrance across from the fire department. Just be careful. It really is a shame as I have so enjoyed walking here....

Expansive park with an aquatic center, tennis courts, disc golf, walking trail, lots of shelters, baseball field, and of course, an awesome playground. It has lots of tunnels and nooks and crannies for kids to hide in. Lots of spinning parts and some high slides. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this playground if you’re a helicopter parent- you will have a conniption. But if you can handle it, the kids will love to climb and jump and twirl and swing and run and play with the water feature. They will have a blast!

Great location for A middle ground to meet all my friends in Lexington. This is my GO-TO for frisbee golf especially early season when I’m not ready for the wooded Jacobson or Veterans park yet. Plenty of tennis courts, and our football spot on Saturday mornings when we decide to play. Great place for picnicking our grilling out. 1 volleyball court that absolutely sucks, but if you bring your own net there is plenty of grassy fields to set up on if you wanted to play here.

Great park! My kids absolutely love it here. There are so many cool things for them to do, including two different playgrounds—one for younger kids and one for older ones. They have musical toys, a cool wooden house for the kids to explore, and even a fountain. Highly recommended! There's also plenty of parking available, which is a big plus. There also is a water fountain for drinking or for filling up water bottles.
