Sweet Water Park — Attraction in Lilburn

Volley ball nets. Tennis courts (2). Basketball court. Covered pavilion area with a few grills, picnic tables, and a few hanging "porch swings". A building with men and women's restrooms. There's a walking trail that goes around the entire area, parts of it trails through the trees so it's somewhat shaded. Also feel like you're having a nice mini nature walk. The area with the playground equipment is nice and shady, lots of places to sit and watch your kids play. Smaller equipment for younger children. Swings for all ages. If you walk toward the road from the play area they are a few picnic tables. Nice place to take the kids if you're already nearby. There's a much bigger park with all of these things plus more. A lake. Play area's fenced in etc, but when I just want to go chill outside for an hour or so and let the kid play, Sweetwater Park is ideal. We Especially prefer it when it's hot out bc of the shade. Burning yourself on playground...

This is one of the nicer park with full playgrounds and swing set for babbles and toddlers. My whole neighborhood comes out here to enjoy the trails and ball courts especially the basketball one. Unfortunately I’m giving this park a three stars because I have reached out to the managing staffs to see if they can replaced the netting’s for both the rings. When we play, it seems like the balls got stuck to the netting’s every single time and it gets so annoying. We have witnessed it with many other groups playing with the courts and they went through the same problem. It’s hard to get the ball down if you do not have another one to push it down or have a tall person to constantly help us get it down many times. We are hoping that this can be fixed and allow us, the tax paying residents, to fully...

Come on Gwinnett County it's time to do some maintenance. The weeds are overgrown the playground Down in the Hole had a board covering the three slides because one was broken somebody pulled the wood down slide still broken. Just the overgrown weeds and dirtiness is amazing because the last two times there has been a maintenance worker there and I'm not sure what they're doing because they're not up keeping the playgrounds. This park has a tennis court basketball courts walking trails and a nice big playground. And I hate to say this but always check the bathrooms, twice there have been men in the girls bathroom. And that's nothing Gwinnett County control just you as a parent the play area is nice to have for little and big kids and a nice grassy area if you want to bring a football...
