Panda New York Style — Restaurant in Georgia

Today's Date and Time: 02-02-2019 4:31pm. This experience this afternoon was the worse ever, Me and my family decided to eat out and find a decent Chinese food place. We first called and placed our order for pick-up. We purchase C29. MONGOLIAN BEEF for $7.70. This dish had no flavor and i literally had to dress it in duck sauce and soy sauce just to make it better, The meat was under-cooked. This dish is suppose to be sweet and with lots of flavor. We are very unsatisfied. VEG. LO MEIN [LG for $7.20]. Noodles were over-cooked and no flavor, my wife was not able to eat them. C1. PORK EGG FOO YOUNG [D] for $7.70, No flavor and the yellow fried rice that came with the order also had no flavor. My total was $31.06 including more items which i had bough. Including EGG DROP SOUP [SM]for $1.75. and FRIED GRAB RANGOON for $4.95. I called and spoken to a lady there, i express my frustration and spoke my mind on how my experience went and expectation on their food. This is very important i first explain to the lady i did not wanted a refund or nothing in return, i simply wanted my message to get across and that this is not about a refund; it was about how bad of a experience my family had with their business and food. While on the phone with the lady, i told her " I just disposed all of my food, i am unable to enjoy my meal; i could of gone to a fast food place which there are plenty in my area but i decided to go there and eat. ". I hope they really take in what i had explain and express to them, make the food better for the next person that walks-In. My expectations on their food was high due to the area and reviews, but my personal experience was so bad that me and my family will never eat there again, we will rather eat home cook meals instead of buying food there. i will include a picture of the receipt on this post to...

Ordered on door dash for my daughter's birthday on 8/28/24 spent $92 with tip. I can say this food was not all that good. My stomach was hurting when i got up this morning. I went with this place because it had the highest rating. The shrimp fried rice was hard, and I tasted a piece of shrimp, and it was like a spoiled sour taste. The lo mein was okay, we got two my daughter loves lo mein. My son did not eat his, and my mom had a tray. My sister didn't complain about her lemon pepper wings when she got home. My other son had the sesame chicken and white rice. He said it was greasy. The fries wasnt all that bad either. I have 7 kids, so I don't like to waste money or food, but it is a no for me. I hate giving reviews like this,but I had to let it be known. I know good Chinese food. I have had it. This wasn't it. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Okay!! I can not lie there is good! But it's like every time I'm in there May the The lady who works there is always on her period! it's ridiculous she rushes you to order and she always has an attitude making it seem like you're giving her a hard time just to order food !!! When that's what she is there to do! Actually she's pretty much the only person who takes orders every time I come up there " which is a lot lol again the food is good lol" then i called in a order today and she answered! Very frustrated when I was asking her questions and then had the nerve to tell me while I'm just trying to verify something she said " ugh I already told you that" and people I wasn't being difficult that's not even my style!
