WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Lilburn

I’ve been a customer since they opened and have witnessed the decline in service. The food never seemed to suffer which is great but I only ever get wing combos. I have witnessed the inappropriate loud music, no mask, and bad service. Yesterday I tried again after a long hiatus. 2 cashiers present. An open container of food behind them with a dirty counter top. The trainer didn’t have a mask on, the trainee did but her nails were dirty which wasn’t hard to notice because they were both always touching their faces. There’s a sink directly behind them. No excuse. No one was behind or in front of me but I was rushed to order. I didn’t even get to complete the first half of my order(boneless 12 count wing combo, half honey-hot the other honey-garlic) because they kept not listening or comprehending what I was saying and I said it 3 times. The trainer said so you want 10 wings right??? That’s when I knew this wasn’t going to work so I said that’s ok and asked her the cancel my order. She said ok and wasn’t bothered at all. The trainee realizing what happened was shouting for me to come back but I just don’t have time to “possibly” get a wrong order. I felt sorry for the trainee because she sincerely was trying to learn but this experience along with the past turned me off. I would love to see this place do well again but the service...

Do not visit this location, it's ghetto and unprofessional. There's another one on Duluth Hwy. Restaurant associate was extremely rude in regards to asking to see ID to pick up the order. Sent my sister to retrieve the order, online didn't state I must be the person, never encounter that before. Must be the area where ppl are stealing food? Food was overcooked and missing condiments for the entrees. My philly barely had any meat, missing veggies all I had was meat and cheese. Wings just tasted like chicken barely any flavor, we ordered garlic parm. Fried rice was gummy barely seasoned, taste like dried oil. Couldn't verify if the order was correct because the food was stapled inside a thick paper brown bag. Will never visit this location again. All the other locations takes their time to prepare the food and even go over the order with you and ask for what condiments...

Hello! I tried to call just tell the good spirited lady who recommended and checked me out, of my experience but neither of their numbers work.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal which was sadly terrible. I don’t know if it was the chicken tenders that was bland and not crispy at all. The texture of the whole sandwich was off. The fries were horrible. I’m disappointed to even have to leave a review but they need to know so they can work on the recipe and this was something simple.

Let me not forget to mention how great the service was both times I came to this spot and very clean. My first experience was simply okay which then I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich.

I ended up eating my meal and just dipping the tenders in ranch since I was on my lunch and starving after grocery shopping.

Unfortunately I will not be going back to this...
