I donât even know how to express how unacceptable this experience has been.
FedEx failed to deliver a package containing critical prescription medication, then FALSELY marked it as âdelivery attemptedâ even though no one knocked, rang, or left a door tag. I was home the entire day.
What followed was a nightmare of being transferred between FedEx and ParcelShield for hours â no one taking responsibility, no one willing to help, and absolutely no urgency, even after being told this was a medical emergency.
I was then told redelivery was ânot possible,â and that Iâd need to go pick it up myself. FedExâs mistake, and somehow Iâm expected to fix it â with my health on the line.
This is not just poor customer service â itâs negligence. A failure to deliver life-sustaining medication is not a minor inconvenience. It is dangerous.
FedEx should not be trusted with anything remotely time-sensitive or health-related. Their tracking system is inaccurate, their support line is powerless, and their processes are broken.

This station is rather secluded and out of the way surrounded by both industrial and commercial properties. The facility is small and has a private parking lot. It is ADA compliant with ramps and automatic doors. The station is small and contains packing materials at nominal cost as well as free FedEx branded supplies. Shama, who greeted me was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. She complimented me as having all "correct paperwork" for package mailing.
My subsequent visits, I was pleasantly surprised that Shama remembered me and we had a nice chat. I asked if I could use the restroom and was guided by several station employees. When I asked for special instructions when I gave the phone number anything I asked for they said they would do it but never did. Here it is now the third day they have to deliver it a fourth day Because the guy does not deliver packages.
