0 stars. Terrible service. I went with my husband so that he could taste food from my beloved Argentina. I wanted to try it. The girl who took the reservation for us over the phone never wrote it down. She lied to us with the excuse that they have the policy of waiting for the reservation for 10 min and then the reservation is canceled. We were 5 minutes late because there was no where to park (the place does not have parking). She said we could wait at least 30 min. at the entrance. In front of us there were two large empty tables for many people and a table for two to one side. After waiting more than 10 minutes we asked the bartender if we could sit at the small table of 2 and he told us that there was no problem. Then the reservation waitress came OVERBEARING and UNFRIENDLY to say that she was in charge of reservations and to show a handwritten paper with the last line crossed out of the supposed reservation and said that we had to vacate the table because it was for customers that were arriving. Read moreAfter reading all the reviews I wanted to try this place. I went with my family last night and unfortunately it was packed. A very nice guy came to us and apologize for not having a table and advice us to call any other day before we go so they can reserve a table for us. And now I literally just spoke with a woman on the phone and asked if today is a busy day because I was planning to go and was wondering if I should make a reservation or not, she was rude and not professional at all saying that they don’t take reservations for the same day it has to be 24 hours in advance, I explained what happened the night before and what the guy told me about calling before, she told me she was the owner and she’s telling me that I can’t make a reservation today with this bad attitude. This is so bad that you as the owner talk to people this way. Idk if you were having a bad day or were busy, but I’m sorry that’s not the way you talk to a customer. You really need to learn to respect new customers. This is sad and I was just calling for some information. I don’t want to imagine being there. Disappointed but unfortunately it’s hard to find good service around...
Read moreI don’t usually do reviews, however I needed to do it for this place… since we move to NJ my husband wanted to try this place., so we did.. Worst restaurant in Elizabeth.. is not clean at all.. they charger for bottle of water… they assume you need to buy one cause they don’t have a filter.. not sure why they say this.. every restaurant is suppose to serve water.. after we order what we wanted to eat the waitress said “that’s all you guys will order”” not sure what she meant by that,, but I felt very uncomfortable with the question? Besides all that the food was terrible small steak for the price,, and when I ask for a fork she touch my fork with her hands and gave it to me.. which I felt so disgusted by it.. besides I saw couple of the servers eating and chewing while serving plates no mask 😷 .. I felt very disappointed about this restaurant… and let’s not talk about the restrooms.. filthy… when the bill came I was surprised we were charger $4 for a can of soda… My advice don’t go there … not sure why this place has 4 plus stars cause is not...
