THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL JOKE!!! I ORDERED THROUGH GRUBHUB FROM THIS PLACE FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I PLACE AN ORDER AT AROUND 8PM DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATED AT SAID BETWEEN 9:10-9:20 NOW IT IS 9:50 I GET AN ALERT BY GRUBHUB SAYING "DELIVERED" NO PHONE CALL OR KNOCK AT MY DOOR. I CALL THE DRIVER NO ANSWER CALL THE RESTAURANT SOME LADY ANSWERS I TELL HER THE SITUATION SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ANYTHING I FINALLY SAY MY ORDER SHE SAY OH SOME LADY CAME PICK UP GIVE HER 5 MORE MIN. I GAVE THEM 10 MIN STILL NOTHING I CALL THE PLACE AGAIN SOME GUY ANSWERS BECAUSE THE LADY DOESN'T WANT TO ANSWER HE SAID SOME LADY CAME 9:09 TO PICK IT UP. SO YOU TELLING ME YOU GAVE MY ORDER TO SOMEONE WITH MY ADDRESS ON THE RECEIPT AND I DON'T HAVE MY ORDER THEY ACT LIKE THEIR CLUELESS NOW. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY TAKE $30 FROM ME BUT I HAVE A HOUSE OF HUNGRY PEOPLE AS WELL AND ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY WE DID THE RIGHT THING. YEAH RIGHT DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR IF YOU ARE GOING TO EAT HERE GO THERE YOURSELF THIS PLACE AND GRUBHUB ARE CLUELESS!!!!!! IF I CAN POST THIS WITH NO STARS I WOULD AND MIND YOU I DON'T EVER LEAVE COMMENTS BUT THIS WAS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS THEY EVEN BLOCKED ME ON THE INTERNET SO I CAN'T TELL MY STORY BUT IT WILL BE TOLD!!!!!!! I love their food normally and I usually order lomo saltado, but they must've hired a new cook, cause lately for the past few months they have been skimping out on their spices. The lomo saltado isn't as flavorful as it used to be. Their spicy jalapeno sauce with mayo also changed, they don't blend in as much jalapenos. It's not as spicy and its smaller. Will not be going there anymore until it changes back to how it was.

Just went back again and they definitely improved their lomo salatado, but still does not taste as good as it used to. Sighhh...might have to try Hugo's or another Peruvian resturant. July 2022 Went again after 6 months and boy is their quality going downhill. Raised prices-expected for the recession. OK. they skipped out on the sauce and spices for the lomo Saltado yet again. Very bland-tasting. If you raise the prices, doesn't mean you have to lower your food quality. Also their green jalepeno sauce is getting cheaper quality too. More filler like carrots or something blended in, and less hot pepper, and mayo added. My bf and I agreed we will not visit this resturant anymore, at least for 6 months and maybe we will try again in the future. But they lost a very good customer who always orders multiple dishes at least twice a month and recommends many people here. Will not be...

Went here on mother's day and my party ordered a lot of steak and I had chicken. The steak was chewy and not seasons properly and the beans were tasteless. The waitress also gave us a hard time when we were trying to order beans because I guess she didn't know we could order them on the side but we got around it by tricking her and waiting a few minutes before we asked for an order for separate beans on the side, then she understood. The chicken was good especially with the green sauce. I have ordered chicken for pick up from here before and it's always good but I definitely won't go in to dine again. The waitress was not very helpful as when we we're ordering and asking for side substitutes she would ask us if it's on the menu... obviously if we are asking for a substitute it's not on the menu. She also failed to tell us that the water was not complimentary...I don't mind paying for water when I know it. If I knew I would be charged I would have ordered a juice or something. Lastly, the mozzarella sticks had no marinara sauce and it was another thing we were not informed of once ordering. You would think mozzarella sticks have the sauce. I hope they do some training and development for their staff so that clients understand better and don't have the same...
