When looking for an assisted living for our father in August 2020 during the pandemic our family decided on Manoogian Manor for so many reasons. The facility is very well maintained, clean, did not smell like many we visited did. The entire staff at Manoogian Manor from caregivers, receptionists, marketing Director, Life Enrichment Director, kitchen staff, maintenance are all very caring, experienced, upbeat, happy and love their jobs and the residents. There was a trust and reassurance we felt from day one that they would care for our father like family, and they truly have.Myself and 2 of my siblings do not live close to Manoogian Manor so placing our loved one, our dad at Manoogian Manor speaks volumes on how we feel about the facility. Our dad is well taken care every single day. They have medical doctors on site, PT & OT, delicious healthy home cooked meals, excellent communication with families. Their Life Enrichment program is top notch, every day the residents are engaged in fun, safe activities. They’ve had to modify their activities to meet Covid-19 guidelines and have done a fabulous job. I had the opportunity to volunteer late summer 2020 at Manoogian Manor. It was a pleasure to see how smooth everything went, how happy and well cared the residents are. They meet each residents personal needs. I left there knowing my dad is in good hands. My mother just experienced a horrible accident and we needed a place for her to heal and be safe and comfortable. Little did we know that she would actually 'enjoy' her time here. What an experience! When I say the staff was amazing, that is an understatement! They were very kind and friendly. Made mom feel safe and happy and LOVED! We were visiting daily and they always seemed to be flocked around her, helping her, complimenting her, supporting her, taking pictures, showing her a great time and making her healing process actually an enjoyable one.
