Today (March 14, 2024) | went in person to order a Hot N Ready pizza, crazy bread, and some buffalo wings. It was busy as there was a line to the door of customers. I placed my order and went to sit down. The person that took my order told me the wait would be around 15-20 minutes. I placed the order at 6:15pm and waited until 6:35 before getting up and going to the front counter to check on my order.
At this point, the line was long and reaching the door again. I waited until the person that was now working the register to finish helping a customer before I asked about my order. Rather than asking what I needed help with or saying she'll be right with me, she immediately said, "You need to get in line and wait your turn before I will help you. You see there's a line of customers waiting here." I tried to explain to her I had already placed my order with another person that was now helping in the back, but she kept cutting me off. She eventually asked for my name to look for the order and said it wasn't ready yet and go sit back down. I had never felt so embarrassed and rudely treated before at a restaurant. I waited another 15 minutes before going back up to the counter to check on my order which has taken close to 40 minutes at this point.
I finally received my order and left, but I will never be going back. The lady accused me of cutting the line, I think her name was Trish, was very rude and unprofessional. After I sat back down again to wait for my order, I could over hear her complaining about working at two different locations of Little Caesars and not getting enough hours. Her coworkers were trying hard to focus, help customers, and get orders ready but she clearly was not helping.
Stay away from this location as the service is horrendous and the Hot N Ready was not hot. It's by far the worst location...
Read moreI placed an order online before this location opened for the day. The pickup time was for 11:30 am, as this is my lunch break. I fight traffic on Middlebelt Rd to go pickup my order and return to work, only to get back to work and find out the order is made completely incorrect. It was not what I ordered at all. I then called back to speak to a manager only to find out that the only way to correct their screwup is to further inconvenience me. At this time, my lunch is now over and I have not had anything to eat, because the items have pork on it and I do not eat pork. The alleged manager is refusing to refund my money and stating that I must bring it back for them to remake it. Well my lunch is over, so me bringing it back is not an option. Then I'm told I can bring it back after I get off. Do you think that's all I have time for is to be inconvenience for something you all made incorrectly from the start. He did not offer to take my name or number so I could return at a later date to have this issue addressed. He never acknowledge that this would be an inconvenience to me to have to make two trips for something that should have been made correctly the first time. You all had one job and didn't do that correctly, so why am I being inconvenienced for your mistake. I will not be returning to this location. I will definitely inform everyone I know not to go to this location. I will be sure to have them to inform their friends not to go to this location as well. This is unacceptable, I do not recommend this location to anyone. The pictures attached clearly show what I ordered verses what I received....
Read moreI worked all day and did not have time to cook dinner. I decided to stop by lil Caesar’s for my 4 kids to eat dinner. I purchase 4 pizzas and paid with my Apple wallet a total of $28.79. The lady at the register stated the payment did not go through. I looked at my transaction history and my bank account and both stated the charge was approved. The lady at the cash register spoke with her manager Mike who also stated there was nothing he can do because the charge did not go through. I showed both of them it was approved on my end. They requested for me to charge my card again to pay for the item twice. I told them no. They also requested to look at my bank account. I told them no. Never heard of anyone trying to look at your bank account. I proceeded to contact the number they gave me which is cooperate because Mike stated he is the store manager and i can not get assistance from no one else. The number he provided me was closed. I called the police. The police stop by the location. They spoke with the manager and due to it being a civil manner there was nothing they could do. The bank was closed and i was unable to dispute the charge because it is pending. After speaking with the officers further, one officer decided to pay for the pizza because lil Caesar’s refuse to provide me with any assistance. I would not recommend this place...
