Burger King — Restaurant in Livonia

I went last Saturday with some friends, and we had a great experience there, the people were great! I went here today with my friend for our lunch break around 10:30 and the lady at the front counter was amazing! The two people working in the back, they were lazy, slow, and just all around terrible. The manager there wasn't much help, either, and it took them about 23 minutes to give us our food, and the lady who took our orders was super apologetic and she was flustered by the lack of motivation her coworkers were giving. The manager there was mostly being hard on her, and he should've dealt with the other two making the food instead of reprimanding the nice woman taking our order. I don't know what her name is, but she was great, and I really felt bad for her. By the time my friend and I got our food, we had at least 6 minutes left on our break, thankfully our workplace is 5 minutes away, but still, I couldn't even eat anything because I was going to be late clocking back in! I will recommend this location if you are not in a rush or are wanting to take a break from driving for a little or are not working, but otherwise, this place isn't worth it! I came to pick up a door dash that was supposed to be picked up at Saturday feb 22nd , 2025 @ 6: 34 pm i waited quietly it was 1 person running the counter. 2 people making orders and 1 on drive thru. After watching numerous people come in and get food. I called the customer to let her know her order isnt ready. She ordered a impossible burger with no toppings. I asked the young lady again after 2 other door dashers got their food after 20. By then the manager comes up to help and hears me ask the young lady and says in my face " Is that about the Door dash order ? I dont care they are the least of my worries" And tells her to handle the drive thru. At this point im ready to cancel the order which is a inconvenience because i had another stop as well for this 1 customer. I get it not alot of help in the store. But to be a manager and rude is so unprofessional. And the cooks who were making the food had no hair nets and what is the point of wearing gloves to make the food but use the same" sterile gloves to scratch ur face , pull your pants up, touch ur ear buds etc all while not changing gloves 1 time i was in that location . Clearly in front of customers. And when i called the customer apparently other Dashers complain about this...

Had to repeat my order 3 times because the lady at the drive thru kept talking over me. When I finally was able to give my full order she didnt give my total. After about 15 mins I can finally get to the window (2 cars were ahead of me) I pay, 8 mins later I'm told they are waiting on fries and to pull up by the door and they will bring it out. Theres a long railing next to the door and a walkway. The driveway was too narrow for another car to get by me, I was driving a Silverado. This became an issue when the guy behind me had gotten his food and wanted to leave. Please note he had fries, of which I was waiting on? So another 6 mins pass the 2 cars behind me are getting antsy. They start honking and calling me names for blocking the driveway. I try explaining I was told to wait here for my food. Finally the lady comes out and brings me my food. At this point we had been waiting for over 30 mins to get cold food and having an obese man get out of his car to threaten me.
