Love the theaters &the 💺🛋 seats! But the customer service is the worst by far!!! Both times I've been there I really enjoyed watching the movie; fully reclined in the electronic seats with swivel tray for snacks &the people in front of us were so far apart between the aisles nobody had to duck down or turn their legs to the side so someone else could pass by getting to their own seat. I could've fallen asleep, in fact my daughter did. However, after the 1st movie ended &we were exiting through the lobby I stopped at the concession stand to buy a drink cuz I'd finished mine during movie & cashier said they were closed. I was extremely thirsty & had scratch in my throat so I asked again if I could please buy a drink, anything would do &I had cash so if they had already closed out the register it shouldn't be a problem, they have bottled water & juice sitting right there unlocked. Cashier pretended not to hear me so I asked again louder &leaned over the counter. The shift manager said very rudely they were closed &I needed to leave the premises. Our 2nd time there I bought the large popcorn that says on their billboard,"free refill after your movie". So after the movie ended again I went to concession stand to this time get my "free refill" &cashier said they were closed! I said I understood but I didn't want to purchase anything I just wanted my free refill. He said we're closed. I said again, can I please just get my free popcorn. He started shouting at me, "we're closed!" . I asked why do you sell a product you can't provide your customers? This is ridiculous! I asked if I could just get a voucher or raincheck for next time since they are closed. He shouted again at me saying,"WE ARE CLOSED! NO YOU CAN'T GET MORE POPCORN, NO WE DON'T GIVE VOUCHERS TO ANYBODY JUST ASKING FOR THEM OR WE'D GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOU IDIOT!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Normally I would have made a scene until I at the very least got an apology but my husband had to get home immediately to use the restroom cuz of the nachos he got when I bought the large popcorn &since we were being thrown out he couldn't use...
Read moreSince I am a professional Google review local guide (level five) I hope this brings a lot of clarity to customers and management. I will start with my personal experience and then move on to things to watch out for while you’re here. I go in on Saturday, July 8 at 5:40pm to watch the Spider-Man movie and I buy the tickets online. I was charged twice, perhaps it was because I use the fandango outlet instead of directly buying from the actual theater, which I believe is Santa Rosa. Either way they voided one transaction but just beware.
I arrive at the theater and was helped by a young Asian woman, at the counter who had the biggest attitude, absolutely not the emotionally stable person that should be handling your guests, I try to use Apple Pay, which they do not have, and she had the biggest smirk as she tells me they only take cash or card, which, of course I’m always prepared but the way she had sheer delight in smirking as she said that was the most disgusting vibe you could imagine.
We go in the theater that has this bizarre odor to find out that one of the seats did not operate the reclining mechanism, luckily, for us, we could just hopped over to the next seat so that is also something to watch out for. We left the theater and the bathrooms were the worst I have ever seen, really smalll stalls where the toilet roll container, was rubbing on my leg and I am a slim guy, looks like no one likes to clean in this place, more of a social gathering of young people who don’t care about actually fixing up the place and doing the hard work(stuff that matters) and
Depending where you are in that place, your theater room might be either a hotbox or an icebox Very little options in this little town, I would only come here for the big box office hits, popcorn, and food are fair price for theater and the parking is horrible, be careful leaving valuables in cars far away, because if “they”(crooks) know you’re going to a theater, they will break into your car, I do rideshare and see police doing reports almost every night. I would say to Uber here if you could or pay for a new window,...

Edit: Why did Lodi have to partner with Santa Rosa Entertainment to make Lodi Stadium 12 Cinemas. What was the Lodi City Council thinking or getting bribed to partner with them. Lodi Stadium 12 sucks & it's greedy, they don't have a monthly movie pass subscription, IMAX, 4DX, nor do they ever participate in movie events amongst other stuff. Why couldn't we of gone with AMC, Cinemark or Regal. The Manteca AMC Theaters have awesome looking self serve free refill soft drink machines including Icees. Which means instead of having to purchase a large for nearly $10 you could just buy a small & get unlimited refills, again, including Icees. For a while there after the pandemic Lodi Stadium 12 eliminated their one free refill of large soft drinks for a while. Until I'm sure like me the audiences starting complaining & they had non choice but to go back to their old policy. We need a movie theater that has IMAX & other attractions & subscription plans. Which is why when I can I go to other better theaters like Hacienda Crossings 4DX & IMAX in Dublin or Stockton City Center IMAX in Stockton. Lodi City Council, do better & get us an IMAX theater from AMC, Regal...
