Carnival Long Beach TK — Attraction in Long Beach

My son was not able to ride on Carnival Cruise due to his covid papers we waited outside for them to bring down his luggage they never bring it Carnival Cruise said they will mail my son's luggage it's been over 30 days we have not received his luggage they sent us a $50 voucher for three new pair of shoes a pair of sandals and four outfits for the whole week of the cruise it's been over 30 days they have not reimbursed us they said the clothes were sent to Florida why would you send a kid's clothes to Florida if we're departing from Long Beach California they stole the clothes and they haven't reimbursed us our clothes if anybody is reading this if they do not let you ride get your clothes back because they will keep them and steal your clothes they still have not replaced our clothes or paid us for our clothes and this is for 8-year-old kid all new...

Bf and I had the Long Beach, to Catalina Island, to Ensenada, Mex. Back to Long Beach cruise. One of the 4days was at sea. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Savanna, was the cruise coordinator. Funny lady, knowledgeable, very outgoing, helpful and very attentive to details. Made, was our room stewart. Sweet fella, drops everything, to attend calls quickly. Very attentive. Quick response. Knowledgeable. The cruise ship was full of events, all around. Bingo, trivias, clubs for ages 13+. Mini Golf, ping pong, billiards, casino, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, water slide, bars, 24hr food services, performances, DJ, and interactions that involved us,...

This is the quintessential you get what you pay for cruise line. It's not exceptional nor should you expect that for what you pay for the food is ok the shows are ok everything is ok but then again if you're desperate to get away on an all inclusive vacation its hard to beat their prices. I think they know you're not expecting amazing from them. However the staff is hit or miss a few cruises I've been on the staff was amazing remembered our names cleaned the rooms very well smiled when they spoke...and others well. Not so great.
