The Reef on the Water

The food was excellent, BUT the service was terrible. It took way too long(over 20mins+) for our orders to be place. Our server Miriam was rude and not helpful as if she didn't want to serve me and my party. She placed the wrong orders on the wrong bills and was unwilling to correct HER errors. When brought to her attention, she then proceeded to walk away as if we had done something wrong. For example, we ordered a burger, but was later informed the the restaurant was out burgers. This of course didn't happen until well after the other plates had reach the table. Who runs out of burgers?! We also were left high and dry most of our meal as our drinks , including water came to our table nearly after we finished our food...WHAT??!!Lastly, I ordered a chocolate lava cake and was brought was seemed to be the scrapings of the bottom of a pudding pot. I have attached a photo below as evidence. Much to my displeasure, I'm still yearning for some lava cake. This is my first time to the Long Beach area and it's off to a rocky start. I hope no one else goes through this experience. Thank you for reading P.s. This review mostly about Miriam and to highlight her poor customer service.
