DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible customer service!! If I could give zero stars I would! If I had a second choice, Iād have never ordered from here. Iām so stunned and outraged by the experience I had with the OWNER.
I placed an order online but realized I made a mistake and wrote the wrong address, so I called right away (5 days notice) and asked if I could make a change to my order. The owner said she was too busy to talk and to text her instead, which I did. I gave her the corrected address and asked if it would be possible to deliver one day earlier than I had booked, on a Friday between 8:30-4pm, so someone working the front desk at my motherās gated community would be there to buzz them in. She āthumbs upā my iMessages in acknowledgment, but never actually sent me a text back. Today is Friday and I sent a iMessage to the owner requesting an estimated delivery time, she calls my phone and hung up on me twice. I texted her asking why she is hanging up on me, a paying customer, and she texts me this. These are messages she sent me copied and pasted from my phone, unchanged other than to put into one paragraph.
āGrow up. If you want the flowers quit being spoiled, they will go. Thatās how I work my business honey. You are not gonna tell me that kind of garbage get you somebody else this this one is canceled. Blessings to you I donāt put up with people like you you can do whatever you want you can write a review but honey, I can write it right back because people are not like you in this world grow up. Itās Motherās Day week quit changing the order and then calling me and giving me a guaranteed time to be there you are not my boss and Customers are not always right you are blockedand the order is canceled. Have a great wonderful day. Why donāt you go have a business instead of trying to run somebody elseās Iāve been in business way too long. Iām 65 years old and I donāt take this type of nonsense. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and rudeness this 65 year old woman has!!! She should have let me know right away she wasnāt able to accommodate any changes to my order instead CANCELING MY ORDER THE DAY OF MY DELIVERY!?
She took MORE TIME TO BERATE me over texts than she did when she āthumbs upā reply to my requests to please make changes to my order?! If you couldnāt accommodate then tell your customer when they ask! You could have said no days ago.
