Culpepper Jewelers — Attraction in Longwood

I have been coming here for many years. I have even sent business their way. However, I brought two watches in, when I picked it up they said one could be repaired but not the other. Said no problem paid put the repaired watch on my arm to wear home. Noticed the time was off by an hour tried to change it. It wouldn't change so I gave them back the watch and one of the long haired ladies said I would be refunded if it could not be repaired. However, now they're stating I never paid for the 1st repair and they would not refund my money. Owner stated that they never repaired it to begin with. It does not make sense to give them back a watch that was just not repairable, if it couldn't be repaired the first time. We discussed many times, but for some reason she refused that I paid for it. Why would I give an unrepairable watch back to them for a repair? That just doesn't make sense, does it? Been going there for years but I'm done. I...

Had them fix a bracelet my son bought me 2 years ago for Christmas it was ruby and gold. Loved this bracelet, had to take it back several times because all the did was put the loose piece back in the hole without soldering it, and they still didn't solder it. I also bought a bracelet from them and kept losing it off of my arm also , because where it clips to the lobster claw closing was open. Needless to say i no longer use this jeweler, I lost a bracelet i cant replace because they didn't do their job correctly, But i did find another jeweler that i will be using from now on. Its certified jewelry designs in Longwood in winn Dixie parking lot, I wouldn't recommend culppers to anyone anymore, they also do appraisals for somewhere i shop at , i ended up paying over $300 for a fake silver necklace that culpper said...

Where do I begin to write about this outstanding Independent, family-owned jeweler? We have been coming to Culpepper Jewelers for a very long time, and EVERY time, we are treated in the most courteous, FRIENDLY, and respectful way from knowledgeable employees- things you don't see very often these days at retail jewelry stores. We have ALWAYS gotten great prices, far better than we could get from any of the chain jewelry stores, in our experience. These are the reasons we have always returned. I believe if you don't visit Culpepper Jewelers, you are cheating yourself. They are expanding at this same location, so even another reason to visit them.
