There is a drive through and the touch screen to order was in working order. I often visit this subway location and when the screen is not working usually there is a hand written sign that says it’s not working and to order inside. When I came on the night of 11/17/23 I went through the drive through and ordered two sandwhiches. After ordering the screen said pull around per usual , and my boyfriend and I pulled the car around to the window. We waited for some time , 10 min turned into 20 , 25, then 30 minutes. At this point we were upset but there was a car behind us and we didn’t want to leave then the workers come over to the window right after. So we waited. And waited, beeped the horn, the people behind us did too, we were still waiting. Finally a female worker came to the window with an attitude and said “did yall say something?” There was no customer service or any questions or concerns. We told her we were waiting forever and she said that the drive through is not working. We asked why there was not a sign because we just waited so much time. She said it’s a corporate rule to not have hand written signs and that they were not allowed. I’m not sure if that is true or not but she sat there arguing with us . I get it , if there’s rules she must follow them but what she is capable of is walking and checking to see if there’s customers, print out a sign since you can’t hand write one, have some empathy that we were sitting at subway for 30 min. She said she does not have our order after all that time too. Makes sense if the drive through is broken but walk and check the window if so. Ask what we ordered and apologize for the wait. We heard her and her coworker literally screaming and laughing meanwhile they had customers waiting forever. My boyfriend and I had a car behind us waiting too. This was ridiculous, awful, and I wish I got that girls name because she was beyond rude and never apologized once that I recall. She was making every excuse of why she did not do her job of checking the window or putting a sign to...
Read moreWorst subway I've ever been.. the food wasn't THAT terrible (I'd consider revising the slogan "Eat Fresh" though... not the freshest vegetables I've seen) but Rick (at least I think that was his name) was so bad BOTH times I went I didn't even care that much whether the food was fresh or not. First time, it was 15 minutes until closing. I'm in the service industry nearby and I get off usually about 20 minutes before they close. Any time I come in that late, I tip them for doing work that late; but Rick insisted they were closed. I know it might have been a pain, but you don't flat out refuse service to someone who came in (and would be gone) before the store closes.
The second time I met Rick was Memorial Day. He wasn't much happier to be at work in the middle of the day either. Memorably, he argued with me when I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. I commented "Oh, I dont think you put ranch on it." His response: "Well you didn't ask for ranch, did you?" Me: "I assumed the Chicken Bacon Ranch would come with ranch." Rick: "No; you have to ask for it. Do you want ranch then?" (all in an argumentative tone. On top of that, he was also rude to my other two friends.
Bottom line, I'll never eat at this convenient location again because of one awful employee there....
Read moreWith my most recent experience I don't even want to give a star. (Ordered November 29th 2021. Around 7:15 p.m.) Needed a last-minute dinner choice usually don't have a problem here. I use their drive-thru because it's easier than going in with a almost 2-year-old. so I didn't feel like there would be a mess up on the order. Because it's not miscommunication with a person everything is printed out on a receipt for them. I only ordered two sandwiches one which is a little complicated the other as simple as simple can be.
Sandwich One; Spicy Italian: Was supposed to be: untoasted, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, extra tomatoes, extra onion, cucumber, extra green pepper, banana peppers, extra mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, extra parmesan cheese. What was received: toasted, provolone, salami, lettuce, onion, banana pepper, cucumber, nothing else.
Sandwich Two; Turkey & Provolone: Was supposed to be: toasted, turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, extra mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oil, grated parmesan. What was received: untoasted, turkey, provolone, lettuce, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, banana pepper, grated parmesan, pepper, nothing else.
I'm very disappointed that the only thing they got right about my order was...
