Beautiful grounds with breathtaking views. There was a female park employee who was very informative w/answering our questions. I enjoy history and this was a bucket list trip for me. Covid mandate was required, however there were a few people without mask. It wasn’t concerning for us, as we went later in the afternoon on a Saturday and their wasn’t more than 20 people in the park. From the moment you enter, particularly if you know the history or watch the show at the gift shop, you see how vast the area of the northern end of the Battle looked. Interesting and informative plaques on the battle that took place on this mountain. Grounds are well kept with mowed lawns and green grass to wander.
