McKenzie Park — Attraction in Los Altos

Not many people know about this sweet neighborhood park which has two challenging play structures to accommodate children of varying ages. There is a small Redwood Grove, and a beautiful grassy field. Located behind the Physicians offices on Altos Oaks Drive in Los Altos CA, parking is a bit perplexing as it is found on Fremont Ave. just south of Magdalena Road. Pull into the lot at 797 Fremont Ave where you see the Tennis Courts, find the pathway that leads to McKenzie Park and stroll on down. Only went to the park for the Pickleball night courts. Didn't see the entire park. But the courts are highly recommended. There 6 Pickleball courts overlaid on two tennis courts. Nets are already set up when we got there. The lights can be turned on by simply pushing a button next to the doors near the parking lot. The lighting is very good. The park has a water fountain and restroom.
