Disappointedć lack of service by the employee who refused to refund me the drink because he was not properly trained or careless in either way he was incompetent! The order did not register in the system, instead of making a new one to print the receipt and refund he began to call IT and kept me waiting for 10 minutes when it could have taken 3 (the lack of consideration for client of basic analytical skills is atrocious). Also, when I asked for the name of the supervisor he refused to provide and told me he's the manager but a manager would have figured out how to complete a basic refund without aggravating the customer. I still don't know how they plan to refund the order if it disappeared from their system but charged my card for the drink I didn't get. When I asked him to give me something in writing he scribbled a note in past tense but future date -defuq? XA1901

Iām not those kinda person whoād demand to change the drinks, but I just informed her that the drink is probably not 30%, because it was really sweet. Instead of admitting that she probably put 100%, she doubled down that itās the ālowestā sugar they have. I guess, she didnāt wanna admit or didnāt wanna redo. If only sheād accept it was an honest mistake, Iād say itās ok & walk away with a smile. Instead, Iām writing this review & they lost a customer. Overall, her customer service was nice & she looked genuinely a happy person, but the truth goes a long way.

   Read moreZero stars. Very inconvenient place. Rude staff told us they don't open till 12. He didn't bother to greet us or apologize for the inconvenience just walked away. It looks like they're open but aren't. While we ate our lunch about 8 ppl walk up and walked away not including us. I tried to order a couple weeks ago but they don't do cash this time we had a card. Don't bother honestly. I'm sure we're not the only customers they've lost now. 85° Bakery downstairs is way better and the customer service there...
