My 10 day old Lexus LC500 was rear ended and the only good part about the entire situation was that my car was repaired by Ben and his team at service king.
From the start Ben was straight up with me about time of repairs and cost. Was actually kinda crazy how accurately he was able to predict both. He's super knowledgeable about the repair process and can answer pretty much any question you may have. Throughout the process he kept me updated and was always super polite and professional when I reached out to him myself.
Being a brand new model from Lexus, parts were hard to come by. I called the insurance company (GEICO) and let them know it was going to take 2 months in some cases to get the parts. My adjuster couldn't have cared less, the insurance companies in general have no interest in fixing your car quickly or exerting any extra effort. Luckily, I was working with service king, who, short of flying to Japan and getting the parts from the factory themselves, reached out and did everything in their power to make sure my car didn't just sit on the lot.
When all of the parts arrived service king hustled to get the car done. When the repairs were done they even stayed open late Friday to make sure I could have my car back for the weekend.
The work done was immaculate. You would never be able to tell this car had any damage done to it at all. I cannot recommend service king and Ben enough. I don't think I'd ever want to go to another body shop again knowing how good service king is at taking care of...

But I had to write this review because I would have never believed the amazing way we were treated at Service King. After an accident you are already feeling bad and knowing that repair places are going to try to gouge you for everything they can. This place is ABSOLUTELY not like that. Alina and Abigail were ABSOLUTELY amazing throughout the whole experience. They frequently communicated at every step, everyone expects to have to keep calling to find out when the car will be done. Not this place their customer service far exceeded my expectation. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if I do there is no where else I would go or send anyone I know. But thanks to Crash Champions, my car is good as new again! Even with the Christmas season, they were able to get my car fixed in about a week! My initial contact was Arnold, but not just Arnold, but the other staff at Crash Champions really take customer service above and beyond! From dropping my car off, to calling in and nitpicking little things here and there.. They were very patient and ready to help answer any/all questions I had! I paid a quarter of my overall deductible and I couldn't be happier with the results! AAA definitely paid the huge chunk in parts, labor & paint!
