El Amoroso — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Our experience was wonderful at El Amoroso Restaurant, we celebrated a Birthday party we choice this restaurant, we spoke with the owner Isabel we explain our plans to for the restaurant to prepare a menu for the party, for starter Yuca Frita , Pupusas Revueltas , Pupusas De Quezo, Pupusas Beans with Loroco, Chicken Nachos , Our favorite Beef Chicken Pork Parillada couple of dishes for 25 people party size. Also the owner let us decorate part of the restaurant our way the tables, chairs we brought flowers and our own Cake…. Let’s just say the food was amazing and on top of all that we still had food left over to take home at a adorable price $$$.$$ lower what it seems on the dollar symbols less them what you would pay else where….

Thank Staff at El Amaroso Restaurant, we know it’s a small place and food it made at the moment cook fresh , which can take time and also waiters and waitresses are short stuff also at the kitchen which can take time ,our guest where please with service knowing the restaurant could get busy…!I recommend plan...

In 23 years of supporting this restaurant have I never experienced discrimination. Jennette was our waitress because I ordered in English she didn't want to serve me and my daughter. She took the order and sent another waiter to serve us. 40 mins later still no food. I mentioned to the waiter that took over we had been waiting. When we came in it was not busy and 1 family had just finished ordering as we sat. Therefore no one else was waiting. Within minutes after she took my order the restaurant filled up. I noticed the tables she waited on got orders. Still waiting and she didn't bother with us nor look our way. I complained and the waiter was apologetic. I appreciated his comment but it was not his fault I told him. He tried to cover Jennette but I felt very uncomfortable and unhappy. Very disappointed. I'm sure at some point I will return but not anytime soon. Food was served...

This was a cute little place to eat dinner. We all ordered something different and enjoyed the different Fair. There were beef, pork, and chicken entrees on our table and everything was delicious. We also each had a different beverage. Three of us chose a cold beverage and one had a hot pineapple drink. They were all unique and delicious. Well my sister and I were only visiting the area. We would eat here again if in the area for vacation or visiting. My nephew and his wife moved to the area and said they would for sure be back because the food was so good.
