I had a bad experience here using a coupon. They almost make you feel like you're stealing from them when you use one here. One time I wanted to use a coupon for 2 combo bowls and get beef for both entrees instead of both beef and chicken and the cashier tells me that it's against company policy. When I explained to him that other Yoshinoyas are more than happy to accommodate my request, he literally told me to go to the other Yoshinoya. I needed to vent my frustration to the manager in charge at that point but he boldly exclaimed that he was the owner and he didn't need my business.    Read moreFirst of all the food here is really good. I have never done a review to anywhere but the night 4/21/25 at 11pm is worth taking the time. There was two instances that are very unacceptable because I too work in customer service setting. One customer wanted to order food and when it was time to pay the cashier refused to do split payment wanted him to only use one method (saying that two is not allowed.) The young man ended up leaving because he didnt have enough cash. I get that working at night you need to be tough but she was rude with everyone that came in while we were waiting for our food. I thanked her and paid, then as my order is coming up and I ask where the sauce bar is she proceeds to tell me I didn't order sauce and that's when I look at my receipt to see I was charged $2.89 for rice, $3.29 for plain vegetables, plus an additional $1 for the sauce... Meanwhile both rice teriyaki rice AND teriyaki vegetables are on the "under $2 menu".
