Deluxe Vanity and Kitchen — Attraction in Los Angeles

My wife and I are nearly done with our first renovation experience, we're renovating our kitchen and guest bathroom. Despite a ton of preparation, we still did a lot of scrambling once the renovation was underway. The contractor (who's great) says, "Don't forget you need this by tomorrow," Or "Don't forget we need that by next week." My wife and I went to two showrooms to look at shower systems, toilets, you name it. We're ready to drop some serious cash, but at one place, no one ever came up and asked if we needed anything. We were in the showroom for over an hour! At the next place, we weren't impressed with the merchandise. Then we walked into Deluxe and it was like a gift from heaven. Roy and his team are absolutely amazing. I latched onto Roy and basically said, "I need this!" and "I need that!" And he always gave me a smile and calmly said, "no worries, we got it." He answered my questions, gave me quotes, and he never, ever pushed or went for the sale. As a matter of fact, I never felt that from a single person at Deluxe and I've been there probably a dozen times now. They're happy to help, and they know they have good merchandise. If you don't find what you want, no problem. Zero pressure and they'll give you an honest answer about each of their products. I asked about one toilet vs. the other, and Roy was like, "Honestly, I'd go with this one. It sounds more right for what you're looking for." He was directing me a less expensive model. I always pay attention to that, it signals honesty. Also, I usually visited a few times before I actually made my purchases, because I wanted to double-check prices. And that's the other thing with Deluxe, they seriously beat the competition price-wise. My wife and I would Google the item and after serious online hunting, we couldn't find anywhere that offered a price close to what Deluxe sold it to us. Roy and his team will give you the best price. I stumbled upon Deluxe Vanity. I was on my way to another bath showroom in the area when I passed this place. I liked the name, the building appeared clean and substantial and I figured, “this place must be good.” I was right! I was looking for a floating vanity for my powder room and Deluxe Vanity had the perfect one. I wanted to purchase it though I hesitated – I didn’t have an installer. The salesclerk was extremely helpful. She advised that Deluxe Vanity had licensed general contractors who could handle my powder room remodel and she also helped me purchase the vanity (with free shipping).

I began working with Ben, the contractor, and he was knowledgeable and professional. My powder room looks gorgeous! Ben and his team did a stellar job. They had to frame a wall, install drywall, reposition plumbing, run new electrical (for sconces), paint and install the floating vanity. We had some hiccups along the way… we were originally going to install glass tiles but once they were up they didn’t look great. Ben took care of it ASAP. He had his guys remove the tile and we finished the room with hand-painted wallpaper instead. I am so happy with the outcome! I am most impressed by Ben’s willingness to go the extra mile to make sure the project turned out perfectly. You will not be disappointed working with Deluxe Vanity. I was remodeling my kitchen and had been looking for a faucet. I had gotten one at Home Depot that I wasn't totally in love with, but it will do kind of situation when I was driving down Sherman Way and out of the corner of my eye saw this store. I saw that they had faucets and decided to just pop in and see if I saw anything I liked better. That's when I met Roy. And thank GOD I did. I ended up taking back my faucet to Home Depot and purchased a faucet that Roy had suggested. We went on to purchase pulls for my cabinets. When it was time to redo my bathrooms, Roy helped me pick out all the fixtures. He has a great eye, and knows how to design a nice bathroom. I'm so very grateful that I stopped into this store and met with Roy. My overall remodel of my home is SO much better because of it. His advice and guidance helped me to elevate my design. It's a little more expensive than just going to Home Depot for everything, BUT - the quality you get is better and will save you money in the long run. Plus the look is so much more elevated.
