Khun Dang Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Los Angeles

short version: Excellent food, Great service, Consistent food.

Long version: Been a patron of this establishment for over 8 years. Our kids grew up knowing Thai cuisine simply by frequenting this restaurant.

Service- Impecable ! ! The owner, the staff, the older gentlelady cooking in the back, delivery guy - ALL top notch in their respective roles. Always friendly and courteous. Very family friendly to bring the little ones and they are amazingly patient with them LOL.

Food - Never fails. Consistent and delicious. Portions are always generous and suitable. We never had any issues over 8 years.

Price - Competitive compared to other Thai restaurants and quality of food.

Conclusion: Give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed but if you do let them know and they will always try to make it right. I highly recommend...

I am totally confused why this place had such great Google reviews. We got greasy wontons with barely any pork. We had pineapple Curry with zero flavor and overcooked shrimp. I ordered spicy drunken noodles that were mushy and had no flavor other than spice (the tofu was decent). We also ordered the veggie egg rolls that looked okay, but they were mushy on the inside. How do you mess up fried egg rolls? The fried rice was okay, but nothing to write home about. I gave 2 stars since the food wasn't spoiled or vile, it just had zero flavor. We barely ate any of it and threw it all away. No reason to save flavorless food. We wanted to try someplace new in the valley, but should have stuck to Lum-Ka-Naad, Box Thai or even the touristy Toi Thai in Hollywood is 1000 times better than the food we got...

Lousy! Tasted stale, not fresh at all! No Thai flavors. Ordered meal $90 plus tips for 4 through Beyond Menu delivery (couple days before Xmas 2020). Pad Thai Shrimp was flavorless, dry, old tasting. Pad See Ew noodles also dry, flavorless, old tasting. Chicken Satay was dry, strange flavor, old tasting. Deep fried squid was just okay, puffy heavy battered, strange way of preparing it. Vegetable stir fry was ok but no flavor, cheap vegetables, nothing special. Red Curry chicken was little better. Panang Curry chicken was only dish up to standard. Don’t know if it was the restaurant’s fault or Beyond Menu because I can’t believe a Thai restaurant would serve this really...
