Hollypark Cleaners — Attraction in Los Angeles

Today I went to pick up and drop off clothing items to be cleaned. This time I divided my orders into 3 separate orders. To my surprise each order with similar items were charge different prices for each ticket. All total my dry cleaning orders would be a total of $222.10. I was informed on my prior that the new owner (who been in operation for quite a while) will no longer allow the discount at pick up but when you drop off and pay in full. I know the economy is bad at this present time and I get things will cost more because of the current administration policies/tariffs. But why on one receipt I am paying $17.45 per dress - then $16.95 per dress and lastly $15.61 - my dresses have no pleats, no special fabric, no decrotive items on them just plain cotton and linen knee length style dresses. I am anoyed with myself because up until today and with the prior owner I never thought to check my receipts - I just trusted that they were being fair and honest - I see now after over 18 years or more of doing business with Holly Park Cleaners I need to find a cleaners that will do a good job for reasonable price without price fluctuation. Hollypark is a neighborhood cleaner. I personally am a value customer. I’ve had many clothing items cleaned and pressed here. The staff is very friendly, always returns my clothing back at a reasonable date and time, and is willing to go beyond the task to make one happy. I have a maxi dress that was missing a circular ring that hooked onto the strap of the dress. I visited Hollypark to see if they can sow it back, so I can continue to wear the dress. This cleaners lost clothes, pretend he could not find them, then tried to take it out his system, when clearly they were still in the system because I had not picked them up. I would not recommend anyone going here. It use to be a good cleaners, now owner is awful and pretends he don’t understand, but he do. I will report him to Better Business Bureau.
