Well I love to walk! I initially thought it would take me an hour to get to this local Starbucks that was the closet to my address 90003. However, I took another street and it took me 2 and a half hours to get there walking. I honestly after reaching Manchester & Vermont - I dipped into a nice Catholic Church to ask if they had any bus tokens so I could finish up my trip on "The Metro" instead of walking I was exhausted! They unfortunately did not have any available & then I trudged on. I finally reached Ralph's and was happy I was greeted with "The Starbucks" logo on the outside. Once inside I excitedly reached for my trusty "Starbucks" app and there was no Wi-Fi. I asked the Barista and she promptly told me they did not provide 'Wi-Fi." I was like no problem took a seat and twiddled with my phone until my app opened. I went to the counter to pay which should not be a problem with their laser gun. The Barista said sure you can pay with it no problem. So I grabbed a souvenir cup, "Love, Peace & Coffee" a cheese danish, a bottle of water "Ethos," 2 Apple Juices and then a Venti Caramel Frappucino. I liked how the menu outside & inside said, "Fall Beauties." So I was determined to drop quite a bit of cash for "The Beauty" Shoutout! I sat down and had a few sips of my Venti Frappucino & then went over into Ralph's to shop. Overall trip a good score & I would recommend this spot...
   Read moreJust wanted to say I appreciate the kindness and common courtesy that this barista gave us this evening. My friend & I came to this location because we called to ask if they take EBT at this location and they told us yes. Til we got there we sent it was closed but we seen someone and asked them if they were closed, she was the barista and mentioned she was on her lunch and would be back in 45 minutes.. so we waited and shopped inside Ralphâs. Once she opened and we were 3rd in line.. I asked her how was her lunch? She said it was ok.. then we heard she was out of some things and that her team didnât prepare for shift.. we said oh no thatâs ok no worries.. and as we were paying my friends EBT was declining.. the barista then mentioned they didnât take EBT anymore.. we were so embarrassed.. she was so kind and courteous that she offered our drinks on the house! Thank you so much for that! My poor friend was having a bad day since she broke her two fingers just yesterday and I wanted to take her out because she wanted coffee! Anyway I appreciate your service! I do believe that Starbucks management needs to have a chat with their team to make sure theyâre always stocked and prepared especially during these holiday seasons when coffee is life!    Read moreI walked up to the front counter, the manager sees me, i wait while heâs giving training to his employees thinking he would consider a customer is waiting, and pause the training, to atleast acknowledge me. I wait another 5 min (now mind you, he saw me walk up). At this point I go excuse me, and without even turning around, the manager says âWAITâ, while throwing up one hand. I say âoh hell noâ and walk away .. the manager in a condescending manners says âhave a nice dayâ!!
