Pizza King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Buy pizza here because it is good but the service is terrible. There’s one younger lady that is a manager here and is ALWAYS RUDE. Today we called and asked for the carry out specials and a different lady over the phone only gave us specials with only pizzas but did not mention anything about other specials even though I asked if there was more. Little did we know they have a family pack that includes many items for a cheaper price. As we walk into the store my mother kindly asks about that special and the First Lady tells us she can ask the manager if there’s anything we can do since we were willing to wait for the extra items. So this manager comes out already with an attitude and raising her voice at us saying we HAVE TO CLEARLY STATE EVERY ITEM we specifically want as if we already knew that they had a special including a lot of things & if we cancel our order to reorder that special she will not give us ANY service (which my husband has MANY TIMES changed his order and he has never been told this). My mother kindly tells her we were just simply asking as I tell her we were not trying to argue because she sounded very upset as she responds “I have things to do” like if we did not. Not to sure if this lady was already in a bad mood and let it out on us for simply wanting a better deal but this place needs a kinder manager as every time I come here this lady is always In a bad mood and gives the worst service. If cam rate this place will be a negative 0. Service is horrible. Pizza it's "eh". I order wings and 2 large pizzas. I have always order wings in other Pizza places and at Pizza King. Wings ALWAYS come with ranch...so I ordered an extra ranch. But I only came with one and told the driver I order an extra ranch and I know the wings come with one already. He said "no. Just the salads do" I said no worried ill call the place right now. And I did. The girl who answer the phone was so rude and claim wings don't come with ranch. Never ordering there again. This place has horrible customer service! I ordered a pizza on their website, when I got there they gave me a medium sized pizza and a personal pizza when clearly on my receipt I was charged for two medium pizzas which was what I ordered. He would not fix the order even though it was already paid for. The person I was with offered to pay the difference even if it was something we missed and didn't understand. He said he couldn't take the small pizza back and make what I paid for and on top of that, would not give us a refund. So we paid our money and walked away so unsatisfied. I actually give...
