I only write reviews when I experience ultra-amazing or dreadful business experiences -- I had an AMAZING experience at this local LA Melrose small business shop!

I recently purchased a stunning rare meteorite ring set in silver from Argentina, along with a dazzling silver chain that complements it perfectly.

The owner was incredibly delightful and knowledgeable, providing valuable information about their products. A Bangladeshi family owns this shop and bring a very grounded and open-heart vibe.

The price points were excellent, especially compared to other similar shops selling lower-quality items at higher prices. It's refreshing from the typical pot-induced sales clerks with their preprogrammed 20% tip tablets.

I also grabbed some charcoal bricks for my incense and resin burning needs. My friend bought a ton of tea lights. They have a HUGE selection.

It's truly a gem of a store in our neighborhood, and I'll definitely be returning for more soon.

Am so grateful for my beautiful experience at Incense Pro, last night. I came in curious or what would find me. I found some Patchouli leaves. I love Patchouli oil. I was curious how the dried leaves were to be used. The gentlemen working informed me that they are incense to be burned over hot coal. I didn’t have any experience with this method, so I asked him how that works. He thoroughly educated me on how the coal incense burning process works. I was definitely interested in trying this as I didn’t even know that Patchouli could be burned as incense. I was on a small budget (which I did not communicate) He introduced me to several options of pots to burn the incense. He introduced me to the mid-range pots, as well as the starter, lower-priced pots. I found something that fit my comfort zone and overall, I felt that the intention of the store was to ensure that my needs were met. I felt so confident throughout the entire process. Especially, when I used my new Patchouli, and incense pot!

I don't often write reviews but I just want to say that Britti is so amazing. Yesterday I was googling stores that sell oil fragrances and found this place. She is sooo sweet and amazing. I wanted to get additional fragrances to mix them with my Louis Vuitton perfume. She knew exactly which notes go well with the ones on my LV perfume and made me smell other ones too she felt I would like. Her knowledge on fragrances is unbelievable. Today I am literally taking my friend there so she can also shop for great fragrances. What I love is that you can buy different oils separately so at home you can mix them yourself and change it up as you wish or even add them to existing perfumes you already own! The oils are pure and for an affordable price! Just awesome. You can use them as body fragrance, mix them with your body lotion / shea butter and even use them for your home / candles. Highly suggest to stop by the shop. They sell so many other things. Britti is the best. She is my go...
