We had an incredible experience hosting my son's birthday party at the Jump Club Arena! From start to finish, everything was perfect, and the kids had an absolute blast. The venue itself is spacious and packed with exciting activities, from trampolines to obstacle courses, ensuring everyone was engaged and having fun. But the highlight of the day was definitely the VR experience! The kids were totally amazed by the virtual reality setup, where they could immerse themselves in exciting adventures, competing in games and challenges.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and all the kids were safe while having the time of their lives. The party room was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and refuel with snacks, and they even helped us with party setup and cleanup, making it so much easier for us. Had our daughter's birthday party here and all the kids from the 2 year old to the 15 year old (and adults), all had a lof of fun! We reserved a party block so we had a table and 2 hour jump time and also booked the games and rides. Honestly , I think the kids had way more fun (so did the adults) on the VR games and rides. I stopped counting how many times I had to go back and buy more tickets because they were having a blast. Their service was really great too. Everyone was really helpful and customer service oriented. We completed the wavers online for almost everyone ahead of time, which saves a lot of time, so I highly recommend that.
