Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went in there today with my wife and the door was locked,it was 9:27pm and there where supposed to close at 10PM,the girl and guy working there said they are closed,I called the store and the guy said they were told to close early...(bullshit)....my wife had a craving for black walnut ice cream so we drove to the baskin robbins on N. Maclay ave in San Fernando got there at 9:45pm and they were open,they were very friendly and helped us..Baskin Robbins in Sunland sux if you go there at night,management needs to retrain their lazy night crew about serving their customers when their supposed to be...

Usually the ladies in there are somewhat friendly and good service. Tonight(07/16/15 6:15p), this kid was in there. I wanted a hot fudge sundae, so he drowns my 1 small scoop of ice cream in hot fudge(more than they put on any 2scoop sundae) and then the other toppings were regular amount. My ice cream was melted before he finished my brothers order ! I was gonna go back in and complain but he had 5 people in line(cause he took forever with us) ..... But ya! Just use common sense!!!!

31 flavors im lactose intolerant and that cant even stop i love these friendly warm staff and cold ice cream with just about any topping you can think of but nothing exotic no those are garlic slices no weird like maybe like cranberries you know or anything like that you could put on just your typical stuff you know like that you'd see in a normal ice cream shop but you know stuff seems a little Fresher a little nicer than they used to stuff the day before I think they throw it out and then use new stuff good...
