Shawarma House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Would Not recommend eating here. They are violating the food safety guidelines. There was lots of cross contamination in the handling of my food preparation process. I was extremely disappointed by it all. The man who took my order put on his mask to take my cash payment but took it off right after to put it in his pocket; did not wash his hands Nor put on gloves and went straight to preparing my shawarma plate and other phone orders as well. There is a sink right behind the register but he chose not to use it. There were gloves on the counter to but he chose not to wear them. In fact, he was stuffing the pita bread into the plates with his bare hands. Another man arrived and told him to put on gloves after he heard me saying I didn't want the pita. I regret not walking away as I walked in and saw him and another lady not wearing their masks at all. But I regret most not asking for a refund and walking out after I saw such process. I was so hungry then so I took a few bites but threw away the rest of the food because I got a stomach ache right away and eventually had to throw up so my stomach...

They said they delivered so I ordered delivery. The lady on the phone had a hard time understanding our order but that was fine. They said it would be 1/2 an hour. after 45 minutes we called to check on the order. I heard the same lady in the background say "oh my god" like they had forgotten or something. Then a gentleman gets on the phone and says the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong house. He said it would be another 20 minutes to make another order. Then they called back to find out what our order was which convinced me again that they never made it in the first place. So we waited another 30 minutes and were very upset. so we call back and ask if the food is on the road, because if not we were going to cancel the order. She said it was, then proceeded to say they were just packing it up. So she straight out lied about it being on the road. It finally got there after 1 hour and 40 minutes. Worst customer service ever. The food was good, but we got a very small amount of meat in out shawerma plates. Needless to say, we will not...
