Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I wanted to order the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. They told me they don't have it anymore. On their menu and online it says they do. So I settled for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I also ordered chicken strips for my boyfriend and some beans, rice with a biscuit.

When I received my Spicy Chicken sandwich it was mostly breading instead of chicken. There was also no lettuce. My fries were tossed in the bag on the bottom. I also got no drink. My boyfriend's Chicken strips were mostly breading.

I remember back when Popeyes first opened you got more Chicken instead of breading. I can't believe I payed $24 dollars and change for this food!

When I payed for my meal their card system couldn't take my EBT card, so I had to use the cash that I had. I was lucky I had enough in my wallet.

Last year they still had issues with their system taking EBT. Popeyes does take EBT, but this location always has an issue with their card swipper not taking it.

Also I wasn't able to use the ladies bathroom, but the men's bathroom was available. And there was no a/c. I am never...

Whoever is working the drive thru right now (10:45) needs to be fired immediately. It to 5 minutes to order; nobody else in the drive thru. I had to repeat each item two or three times and still got it wrong when reading it back each time. Get to the window, we already expect he is going to mess the order up and repeat 'no pickles and no cheese one of the sandwiches right'? The AHole argued with us that we "NO, NO YOU DID NOT SAY NO PICKLES!" Didn't want to argue with him because he'd probably spit in our food at this point with the hassle it was just to place the order. After getting the bag of food he closes the window and we just stare..... we had to ask for the other drink that was ordered! Should have checked the bag thoroughly because he also forgot 2 of the 3 sides! No ghost pepper sauce.....He is high on something and needs to be fired. If I hadn't paid $35 I wouldn't have minded as much considering it's a fast food place. Cannot...

Terrible experience at this location tonight while using my EBT card. We were served an overcooked breast and they neglected to include hot sauce or ranch dressing or the Mac and cheese we requested and paid extra for. Furthermore, they did not ask us while we were in the driveway how we were paying for our food. Not until we had been waiting for our order for some twenty minutes did they tell us we had to come in to the restaurant in person if we wanted to pay for it with an EBT card, and we feel that they gave us bad food because they discriminate against people who use EBT. The manager was hostile and appeared aggravated when I came in to ask for a replacement breast and insisted that the breast they gave us was not overcooked.
