Great place if you are looking to get discounted clothings. This building offers 1 hr free parking in their building, and only a few bucks thereafter. This building is built like a big shopping center, very clean and neat to compare other old buildings in fashion district. Units are mostly wholesalers, but many stores on 1st floors offer closing out sales which are in range of $3~ to $15. Their quality are just same as you buy from department stores or other boutiques, simply because those are left overs from selling to those big companies. Great deal! This place has an eery vibe to it. Looks like an abandoned mall from the 80s, which is actually pretty cool if you're into that kind fo thing. Plenty of small businesses, most of which are wholesale retailers and e-commerce sellers. Not much else to do if you're not there to shop, and I can't speak to that since I went there for an interview.
