El Torito Cafe — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very standoffish against other races... Came in polite and in compliance with the local and federal mask mandates... The two ladies that were working out front just really didn't make me feel comfortable in any way tell me I can have a seat but because of the comfortability level I just waited outside.... I'd say there needs to be some training on how to deal with other races they're going to be in business for any longer... And the wait time? Horrible!!!! Why put my order on back burner because a "REGULAR" comes...

Horrible food and I like being saladas in the morning but the waitress did not pay attention to me and asked people for water in Spanish and did not come refill my soda or my water once until I had to get up and ask and instead of putting blue cheese and a cup she gave me the squirt bottle with twist unappetizing oh, so now my lettuce is all warm and wilted and soggy because they put the salad with the enchilada. The place is well maintained. It's worth the stop. Their meals are filling and of good portions. Prices are reasonable. They are open till 3:30pm and the only form of payment is cash. They maintain an "A" with the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Although I've had better shrimp enchiladas from other places, it was still satisfying. Their birria looked appetizing.
