Today I walked in at this King Taco and the lady thatl called out the number and gave me my order was rude and of course I walk up to the window because the number she request was mine she was so rude and I requested to type of sauce I asked her if may I please have green sauce and red sauce and she Shake her head and she said no you can't and no again all rude very unprofessional I just feel like people are going to be rude and customer service she shouldn't be working for King Taco because she's clearly no that she's going to be working with people I just feel so offended because after I asked her she gave it to me cuz at the other king tackles that I go I always request my order this way and they are happily and gladly to serve me but this woman at these specific King Taco she was so unprofessional I just wish she'll get 's fired because she does not deserve to have a job if she's going to be rude to the customers she brings down the restaurant and that's how companies lose money all my situation just happend like minutes away 12:00pm if I'm not mistaking I...

the worker elena c, she’s an elder lady. really rude as if we’re not paying for our food. she acts like she’s gonna give it to customers for free. worst attitude and she has to be put on check. than she was yelling at a elder guy for opening the door on his way out because “the door shouldn’t be open” when there was absolutely no sign that indicated that anywhere. I have been coming here for years now and it’s because of people like her this place doesn’t get as full as the one across the street. rolling her eyes at everyone. put her as a cooking lady or something else but a cashier because that’s the main face you guys receive customers with. If your on a rush this is not the place for you. they take an hour to give you your food and that’s aside from the 30 minutes they take to...

They need to properly train shift managers, to the point they don't mind being not only in a management position also great leaders, leading by example hands on. Not walking around with arms crossed, or hands in their pockets, nagging, shaming and belittling staff when orders are pilling up. I had a terrible experience with a night shift manager Nancy or Yancy is her name. She pointed her finger at me when I try to prove a point putting her on the spot. She was only standing not providing the hands on support to the staff. This occurred Tuesday June. She also deny to provide her boss information stating it was private, and that I had to wait to be helped, I waited...

My friend (50), ate here when he was a youngster...and it's still the same great food! This location started it all. You roll to the next corner...there's another King Taco??? What's up with that? And both thriving businesses! That's how good they are. It was a cold morning stop and the warm drink was soothing and delicious. Stayed hot for our journey. The food is "spot on." Tamalies are one of my favorite food groups...they "nailed" them. I would go back again and again for just those two items. One to remember for those late nights out.

I was craving some authentic Mexican food, so I decided to check out this spot. The tacos were flavorful, especially the carne asada, which had a nice smoky taste. The salsa added a good kick without being overpowering. However, the service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed during the lunch rush. The atmosphere was casual, with a steady stream of customers coming and going. The seating area was clean but nothing special. Overall, the food made up for the service hiccups, and I'd consider returning for another taco fix

This used to be my favorite King Taco, and I thought it was the best in town but my recent experience here makes me feel otherwise. Previously, the staff were super friendly and generous with the proportions and red sauce, haha. If you know, you know! The food was hot, and the tortillas were nice and soft, But when I visited on 8/15, the tortillas were very stale and the person who prepared the food was rude when I asked for napkins. A little kindness and food quality /presentation goes a long way.
