Very unhappy with this place. Customer service is horrible and if you have an appointment, be ready to wait at least 2 hours. My 3 year old son's appointment was at 10:30, we arrived at least 10 minutes before. I told the lady in the front desk that i had to leave at least by 12 because my son had a dentist appointment at 12:30. She said, the waiting time with appointment is 1 hour😲 , so you should be out by that time. We waited and waited..... After one hour and a half i decided to get up and ask if we going to be called soon because i had to leave for my other appointment and this time she seamlessly said, there is a at least one hour wait time for you to be called in. Seriously, she had told me 1 hour waiting rime with appoinment and now it went up to 2:30 just to wait to be seen. Ridiculous, why bother giving appointments if you are not going to respect the time. I was very frustrated and decided to leave. This appointment was for a 3 year old child, he should not have to wait this long. Did not get to see the doctor, but just by looking at the way the staff and the place was, i can only imagine what it would look like inside. The place is a very small waiting room with people almost stepping on each other. I have never been to such place. I do not recommend this place to anyone, find another place where they really appreciate patients. I am going to report this practice to...

Horrible nursing staff (receptionist). I don't know why people get a career where they are so angry and dissatisfied with there job and life. The receptionist the older lady with glasses and short hair she is beyond rude it seems she been there for years and therefore gets away with treating people with so much disrespect and get away with it by giving you a soft tone but what come out her mouth is just ridiculous. When I have gone I though it was just me she was being rude just to me but she's not she's like that with most of the patient from what I seen when I was there. She also needs. To remind her self about a little rule called HIPPA I nor other people need to know what the patient before me has or had keep your mouth shut please. I honestly don't understand why people like her are never Investigated only because she probably been there for years not acceptable. The doctors are very professional no problem with them or the other nurses working there is mainly the older lady that makes you just want to walk away due to her disrespectfulness...

I almost didn’t make my appointment because of all the negative reviews. I called to ask about parking, the receptionist was very nice & told me exactly where to park. I arrived about an hour before my appointment because I read that it takes a long time to be seen. I was seen like 20 min before my appointment time, this was my first visit. The doctor is really great, he not only answered all of my questions, he did not rush me and was very understanding of me having my son there since his daycare is closed. He was patient, kind, and most of all knowledgeable. I even asked him about a skin issue that I wasn’t in for and he quickly prescribed something to help. I’m writing this review because I want people with anxiety like me reading these to not be discouraged by reviews! I’m so glad I pushed through. If you prepare the right documents, come to your appointment on time and are nice to the staff you should have absolutely no problems. I have a follow up in a few months.
