Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Zero stars if possible. Originally it was one lady I didn’t like the service from but now I see they’re all unprofessional. I buy from here regularly, and when I placed my order I didn’t know I was sending off my kid to elementary school with a spicy chipotle bagel sandwich when I had ordered his egg bacon and cheese plain bagel sandwich only. I called in this afternoon asking for the manager and the lady hung up on me. I called back 5x and she did not answer me until the 6th call again and told me “are you going to order or not? Because its just me right now and I have a lot of orders and customers.” Only one person was in line. She didn’t expect me to walk in, and she still didn’t give me the manager’s name or anything. Simply went to hide in the kitchen and pretend to be busy. I was not given a manager’s name and i was not given an answer as to why she hanged up on me. It used to be my favorite donut place, but they have changed staff so often that it doesn't feel the same. Many are central American people with no english and it is hard for some foxes to place their order. I used to have business meetings in this location but the amount of homelessness has increased compared to the amount of people that now work there. Now they only have one person at night time. Many of the staff left have no experience and know practically nothing about bakery. The kitchen is more messy and dirty counters. Like underneath the bagels is always dusty, on the floor you can see trash and sticky floors. Windows are not clean as often as well. I believe it changed owners or something like that because it is a mess....

Literally the worst Yum Yum Donuts ever. They constantly mess up my orders everytime I order and this time it is the last time I will ever be ordering from this place again. I ordered a tuna melt. I get my order and it’s somebody else’s order. Two turkey melts. I’m pescatarian. I cannot eat this. Sometimes when I order a tuna melt they give me a cold tuna bagel sandwich. I call to tell them and the woman on the phone couldn’t really understand what I was saying and when I asked to speak to someone else, I was told flat out “NO.” Customer service is so bad at this one.
