Friendly and efficient service! Also the rotisserie chicken was excellent. They serve large portions at a reasonable cost. Can't beat that. Would like to thank the the two ladies that were working for treating me so nice. Both of you are class act's. Sometimes being the minority in this area is not a good thing. Other employee's/owners from different food places around east L.A., have been rude to me or denied me service because I am not fluent in their language. Both ladies were fluent in both Spanish and English and were super friendly. They also made sure I had everything thing I needed for my order. Before I departed, the employee that handed me my order made sure I grabbed a fork and the other employee asked me the amount of ice I wanted in my beverage. Update 06/05/23: I just came back from this location and saw that an order was taken by the wrong person who was given a later pick up time than who the order was actually intended for; this is not the first time I see this. When you order by phone and pick up in store there needs to be a better pick up method. There is no name or number that is called, just what the order was, there are many people that order similar items. I suggest the store start assigning numbers per order and call them out to avoid any order going to the incorrect person.

Food is delicious, but the customer service is not the best. Everytime we come we are serviced by a woman with a lot of attitude. We come here very often and would give this place 5 stars, but the attitude of the female cashier...

I'm hooked. Need I say more. Little gem in East LA. I drove 30 minutes from Pasadena to get there and I was not disappointed at all. The chicken is moist and flavorful. Bought the whole rotisserie chicken with a side of coleslaw. The chicken came with pieces of grilled potatoes, bell peppers and jalapenos that accompany the chicken well. I ate half of it right after I got home and I was really hungry too. The salsa was just right and the coleslaw was good too. Will definitely order again from Super Pollo Rostizados again.
